Easy -to-use & beneficial handle paddles
These paddles are simple to put on and adjust. As other reviewers have mentioned, they provide an increased arm workout & easy focus. I got these Nemesis contour paddles in a medium and they fit my women's (ring size 7) hands perfectly.
Comfortable paddles
As a former competitive swimmer who's used to long practice sessions, these paddles are great. They're a big step up from the flat, rectangular paddles I used on various teams for a decade. They cup to the natural shape of your hand as it moves through the water, helping eliminate weird hand cramps and wrist strain. Highly recommend.
The perfect fitness paddle for all swimming abilities. Tubercels, inspired by humpback whale fins, increase surface area along the paddle's edge, pushing more water and creating a smooth pulling trajectory. Contoured shape helps the swimmer feel the proper hand position for water entry. Improved tubing straps at the fingers and wrist. Use with the Nemesis Fins (see SKU: SPDNSF) for ultimate workout.
