And I would describe myself as a heavy person and find this the perfect workout tool. I totally recommend this product for all ages !!!!!!!!

This was the second set of aquatic barbells I have bought. One for myself to exercise in our neighborhood pool. It is So relaxing and fun to use these barbells and I feel so much better afterwards!!!!! So my neighbor lady wanted to know where I got them and so I ordered this set for her birthday. She was thrilled!! These aquatic barbells from Speedo are making the elderly Americans Strong Again!!!!!!!! Thanks Speedo!!!!!!!!!!!
