Number one reason for me to have this BC for me and my wife is the ability to stow a "spare air" tank under the right or left arm, mounted to the BC in a holder made for it. The number of D rings, zippered storage pouches, pounds of available lift, and fit adjustments make this BC outstanding. Can't imagine a better overall from any manufacturer.

I'm a big guy, and I love Scuba diving. This BC is an excellent choice, it has plenty of space for weight, so even when i'm wearing a thick wetsuit i can add enough weight to get me down comfortably, while having enough lift to keep me floating with ease. The ripcord weight system is fantastic, and the trim weights can also be ditched. The BC itself is easily resized, with pretty much every direction being adjustable. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a high quality BC to think about the Ranger or Ranger LTD.

I have had several types of BCD’s. This one is by far the best one. It is heavy but it is an all day one. Not for travel but if you want the best this is it. Great for putting on extra air. This can also take two tanks. Very well made.

I purchased the Ranger LTD demo model in size L, it arrived when stated, however I had to adjust the waist band out one hole to get a good fit. When I dove with it it would roll me feet down and then continue until I was face up. The Zeagle rep said that I should not have to adjust the waist band and that I needed a XL. Leisure Pro was true to their money back guarantee and took the return. I ordered the same model in XL and it seemed to help. I still needed to make some changes though to not have it turn me into a turtle. I have to place my aluminum 80's higher on my BC than I did with my Sherwood avid. ( great bc by the way) My steel 80's have to be so high on the bc that the lower tank strap is actually on the plastic bottom cover. I also moved the back trip pockets up one level and the top tank strap down one and again this has helped to keep me from being rolled feet down. I switched to a rear inflate to get rid of the squeeze that come from a jacket style bc. I liked the quality talked about by people who own Zeagles bc's This is a good quality bc and is made well, there are lots of attachment points and accessories to customize this bc however you like. That is one of my favorite things, I now have all my dangling items all tucked or secured to the bc so that nothing moves unless I want it to. Soooooo much easier to demonstrate remove and replace bc for dive students, and I am never fumbling around underwater to find something on my bc. Tank straps are bulletproof and the rear dump weights are nice so if needed you do not have to dump all your weights. I wish the weight pockets were just a bit further towards the front so that I was not so back weighted, however this may be not used to this bc and once I am it will all make scene. I do wish that the bc was easier to remove and replace weight pockets, and that the 45lb bladder had a bungee system to keep it tucked in when depleted. All and all I think it is great.

Excellent BC. I have used it from Drysuit diving loaded with weight to tropical diving. It is a heavy BC if worried about baggage weight. I will say though that once you dive this BC you will pay to have it travel with you. I dove an Oceanic Excursion II and it was a nice BC no complaints but it was what it was a midrange BC. This BC is a fine tuned sports car. After seeing the differences in quality and options this BC had to our Oceanic my wife upgraded from the HERA to Ranger LTD as well. This is not the cheapest BC but it is the Best.

Best BCD I ever owned. Will gladly buy it again. Lots of space and O rings. Easy to add accessories like pony bottle etc. I simply love it.

Very comftorable BC. Friend of mine borrowed it for a wreck dive in the great lakes and bought one when he got back. Well constructed, comfortable both diving and wearing to the water, distributes the weight of the tank, lead, and anything else you have on the BC well.

It is a great bc. I had a little bit of problems with the dump valve on the shoulder. I adjusted it and it has been great since. The bc works better than I imagined. The only thing on the bc that is kind of pointless is the mesh pouch in the front. It really cant be used for anything more than oil rings for your tanks. I love the bc and know a few people that use them and they all love it to.

I've done about 150 dives in the Ranger Ltd. It's very well made and extremely comfortable. Plenty of D-rings to clip stuff to, and nice weight system. I particularly like the little cam-band weight pouches. They were great for leveling out my trim. The shoulder dump valve is nice to have too. The fold away pocket in the cumberband is a bit of a waste of time in my opinion. Anyway I only ever dived this BCD using a single tank, and for that purpose 44lbs of lift really is overkill. In summary I rate the Ranger Ltd very highly. It's an excellent quality product, so comfortable, and I don't really have anything bad to say about it. However, if you're primarily a single tank diver then something smaller is probably more suitable.

This thing is awesome, nice pro quality, made in USA, heavy duty BCD. Shoulder dump is nice, dont ever have to use my inflator to dump, also has left and right bottom bladder dump valves(rip cord activated) perfect for when I'm inverted to adjust buoyancy or when descending. The included trim weight pockets on the bottom tank strap are a nice feature and ditchable also. Modular design, adjustable, lots of D rings, front and side pockets. Also the Zeagle 6cu ft pony bottle and reg zip right in under the right wing...you dont even know it's there and the pony bottle valve is right where your right hand can reach it

This BCD is the Porche Carrera of diving. Fits VERY well with tons of adjustments so you can get that perfect with with many interchangeable parts if needed. The right hand should dump is a great feature. A little pricey put definitely worth every penny.

omg this bcd rocks this is my first bcd and i made my first pool dive today i had no probs what so ever it was realy easy to use lots of room to move in it and fit great i would say if you want it dont pass it up its well worth the money.

A very nicely built BC with lots of flexibility for adjustment. A couple minor complaints. The weight pouches are somewhat difficult to load and secure in the bc while wearing it, it's almost necessary to have someone help you or load the weights before donning the bc. The right hand shoulder dump valve is a great feature but seems a little flimsy in comparison to my previous jacket style bc.
