Advanced dive computing, maximum versatility, describes the Scubapro Aladin Tec 3G. The perfect dive computer for recreational divers striving to evolve in their sport. Featuring a metallic silver faceplate and a bright easy-to-read LCD segments display, the new Aladin Tec 3G is targeted primarily to technical divers who want multi-gas and CCR support functions, but also to recreational divers who appreciate a dive computer with the kind of features that enable them to evolve in their sport. The Aladin Tec 3G is equipped with Scubapro's time-proven Uwatec ZHL8 ADT MB algorithm and predictive multi-gas. You can program three gas mixes from 21% to 100% 02, the PDIS (Profile Dependent Intermediate Stops) system calculates safe ascents, and the three-color nitrogen loading bar graph makes it easy to track tissue loading. Microbubble technology lets you adjust the level of conservatism to suit your personal diving style.
Depth-rated to 394' (120 meters), you also get audible and visual alarms, a planner and a logbook that stores 25 hours of dive time and can be uploaded to a PC or Mac via an optional infrared interface. The battery is good for 200 to 300 dives and is user replaceable. The Aladin Tec 3G offers seasoned recreational divers as well as technical divers an affordable, full-featured, advanced-level dive computer. Three Dive modes: Scuba, Freediving and Gauge, supports CCR systems (closed circuit rebreather). The Full watch functions quartz clock provides time/date and can be set for 12 and 24 hour formats. Computer is designed with an adjustable ppO2 between 17.4 psi and 23.2 psi (1.2 bar and 1.6 bar), and is back lighted for low light and night diving conditions. Two black plastic buttons provide easy access to modes and the set-up of basic parameters. Computer is powered by a CR2450 user replaceable battery rated for two years/300 dives. Computer is altitude adjustable up to 13,120' (4,000 meters), can be set in units of measurement in feet or meters and F°/C°, has a bookmark function, lens protector cap and comes with a comprehensive owner's manual.
Computer comes in a double gauge boot with a submersible pressure gauge. The Scubapro Pressure Gauge is a compact, lightweight plastic case and sleek design with a luminous face for easy reading at night or in low light conditions. The gauge has a 0 to 5000 psi (400 bars) pressure readout with a red background form 0 to 1000 psi (69 bars) for reserve air indication. Gauge comes equipped with a 7/16" threaded high pressure hose.
Many divers take compasses for granted, considering them just an accessory to an overall dive gauge console system. Trying to navigate with a poorly designed or improperly functioning compass can be one of diving's more frustrating events. The design team at Scubapro may have designed the best liquid filled compass available today with a list of features as functional and convenient as every instrument that bears the Scubapro name. The new FS-1.5 compass is compact and extremely durable, and most importantly, it provides precise underwater navigation. Mounted in a pressure-resistant oil-filled polycarbonate housing, this compass is easy to read and easy to use. Compass is designed for divers who prefer relative navigation, the ratchet bezel can be rotated easily even with thick neoprene gloves. The Compass bezel has compass headings in 30° degrees numbered increments and indicator marks for every 10° degrees. Bezel has twin heading indicators for alignment of compass course, and a lubber line across the compass face. The computer, pressure gauge and compass are housed in a durable, impact resistant rubber console boot with multiple attachment points for clips or lanyards.
