I have used these fins frequently over the last 20 years. These are one-piece fins with nothing to break, come apart or fail. The foot pocket is made of thick, high-quality rubber. For me they are easy to put on but impossible to fall off. These fins are more flexible than most long fins but not as flexible as normal snorkeling fins. I like the simplicity of a one-piece fin. You cannot break the blade and there is no hardware to come loose like modular fins. I especially recommend these fins if you have narrow feet. Most fins have foot pockets designed for wide feet and my feet slide side to side in them.

This is my second pair. I bought one and left it in the Philippines so I can use it when I go back and when I got back I bought extra pair. It's fun and comes with a bag to carry!

SIZING: It's quite simple. Know your EU Size. I primarily wear a 9.5 US and a 43 EU CYCLING SHOES. The EU 43 WAS SPOT ON. Great customer service and RAPID delivery!

Love my fins. Gets me down 50 + feet with ease. Durable even with entering and exiting Hawaii's rough reefs. I go diving weekly and using the same fins for years

My CRESSI Gara 3000 free dive fins are 12 years old. I use them in the pool 3-5 days per week every week.. Only now are the the foot pockets beginning to show wear. The blades have just the right amount of stiffness to give my legs a great workout. The foot pockets are snug, so I wear a thin 2mm neoprene sock to keep them from rubbing. I kick 1500 — 2000 yd. each session in them. I’m 5’7”, 168lbs.

My shoe size is 39.5/40 and I bought a 40/41. My feet is narrow and it fit perfectly in width without wearing sock but still have a small gap in lenght. I recommend to wear sock because your feet will hurt and not comfortable for a long dive if bare feet. I wear 3mm socks and because I have narrow feet, it's just a little bit tight but still can be accepted. So If you have wide feet you should order 1 size larger if want to wear sock. For performance It pretty good for a beginner like me. Light and powerful enough.

Been very happy with the fins. Use for scuba/spearfishing exclusively. Had for about 5 years. No issues. I wear size 11.5, regular width shoe. My fins are 10-11. They are very comfortable for me on and with diving. A little work (snug) when getting on and taking off. I always wear 2mm socks when I dive with them also. I would buy again. Would consider trying 11-12 for my next purchase, but like I said, these have worked great for me for a long time. Solid, efficient fin, and I don't worry about them coming off or pistoning on my feet. Never had a blister.

I do lots of snorkeling and free diving in cold water. This fin remains flexible in all conditions. It is much more flexible than Gara 2000. These fins can take some abuse on rocks etc and perform for years. I have used mine for about 6 years now. They are scratched up as heck, but work just as good as the first day. When in warm water I don't use any socks and I am not getting any blisters (they fit me snug)!!

Great fins. Lots of power for so flexible of a fin. A few kicks and you're down to 30ft. Comfortable foot pocket except it is a little narrow. I wouldn't recommend for a wide foot. Accomodates 5mm neoprene sock with the same size you would wear for your shoes.

I am an 11.5, and have a wide foot. Size 11 fin is too small for me, and so got a size 12 fin. Width is perfect for front of my foot, but heel ends up a bit loose because of this. Thin neoprene socks sort this out. Love the fins.

for the price, these are excellent finds for beginning to advanced freedivers. Not as smooth or fluid as carbon fins, but perfect for spearfishing in/around reefs where knicking them up is to be expected. noticed a big change in speed during my ascents. only negative is the fins are a 1/2 size too big. I'd recommend going slightly smaller unless you plan to wear socks with them.

Great fins I don't think the material will crack or break which has happened with a buddy's GARA 200HF's. My feet are 10.5 US sizing and a 3 mil sock fits well in the pocket.

These fins are everything that I expected and hoped them to be. Very lightweight for their size, powerful, and it's hard to beat the price. They are sometimes a bit awkward at the surface, but once you go down with them they are in their element. I have large feet, and had to order a size that was smaller than my shoe size and they fit, albeit snugly. Because of this you may want to order a half-size smaller than your shoe.

Great soft fins don't wear you out going in mild current. They are a bit soft but good for shallow dives.

Fins are great, lots of power. I use the fins exclusively for snorkeling, spear fishing. Takes a few sessions to get used to the extra ankle pressure but a great fin over all. A great value.

Great product. Exactly as described. Perfect for beginners as leg fatigue is far less than a firm fin. Great for shore dives and long dives.

I've been spearfishing for a year now, but been snorkeling/freediving for my entire life. I've always wanted long fins like this and I'm very happy with the Gara 3000LD fins. They hold on to my foot really well. They make a huge difference over regular fins in thrust and make it much easier to move through the water with less effort. The LDs are especially great for beginners because they provide a good transition into long blade fins without beating up your legs too much. All around great fins. I wear them with a 3mm finsock and I have a small issue with my foot/finsock combination being a little too wide for the footpocket... but that can easily be remedied by going half a size higher.

The serious spear fishermen know the value of a good fin. The Gara 3000 LD is designed identically to the legendary Gara 3000, what makes them stand out from the original, the material of the blade, is softer. The LD in the 3000 LD stands for long distance, indicating the main use of the product. These fins have emerged from the need to offer enthusiasts increasingly powerful fins, with less demand than the Gara 3000 Fins.
Less muscle effort is required for kicking, so divers can use them for longer periods of time, without worry of leg fatigue. The softer blade is very suitable for use in cold water. Cold water is notorious for stiffening fin materials and makes them less flexible. The Gara 3000 LD is an excellent choice for the experienced free divers. Its unique performance characteristics feature a more flexible, lightweight design with a custom fitting foot pocket. The Gara 3000 LD is also suitable for the entry level diver, allowing the diver to develop the stamina and later using a stiffer blade fin once they develop their leg muscles. The Fin has a long soft plastic blade and a soft elastomer foot pocket that anatomically wraps around the foot, surrounding it with a comfortable bite that guarantees perfect transmission of the leg fin thrust. Fins are durably constructed and designed to take abuse. Fins are available in multiple sizes.
The Cressi Long Fin Bag is a unique and functional bag with the necessary space to store fins, mask and snorkel.
