Definitely not my favorite

This mask has such a tremendous volume of air that the bubbles coming from the regulator cause the mask to vibrate and leak. The only solution was to make the mask super tight and my septum was killing me after a few hours in it. It stands out so far from your face that you have zero peripheral vision. It’s like having horse blinders on. Will definitely be replacing.

A True Classic - with all the problems this entails...

As the world (and progress in it) does not stand still, this product - like many true classics - doesn't look so good by contemporary standards. While modern materials were being used (+) do not buy this masks if you value the option to adjust mask straps during the dive (-). Also, if you want to be able to help equalization along by squeezing your nose this mask is not for you as your regulator will block access to the nose notch. In conclusion - a good looker with a lot of history and pedigree but there are more practical masks out there which don't charge you the premium for owning an impractical "classic."

Nice mask, but pinching the nose is a bit difficult...

It is a nice mask. Nice face seal, Aqualung quality ! It seems just a little hard to pinch the nose to compensate ears. I have to use the both hands to do that.

Nice mask, but pinching the nose is a bit difficult...

It is a nice mask. Nice face seal, Aqualung quality ! It seems just a little hard to pinch the nose to compensate ears. I have to use the both hands to do that.

The large, open styling of the Aqualung Atlantis is a classic design. The high-volume, single lens construction gives a wide, unobstructed field-of-view. The modern silicone skirt includes access to the nose pocket to aid equalization. Mask has top quality tempered lens that meets ANSI standards. The mask is equipped with a double feathered edge silicone skirt. The Atlantis Mask has a wide split strap with ratchet buckles for easy adjustments. The feathered edge skirt and wide split strap combined for a perfect fit on the face.
