Run and run fast. There is a known issue where it locks up at 10 minutes surface time. Google it. You can't reboot the device, so you have to let the battery die?over a couple days. It happened to me on an expensive dive trip. Luckily I had a backup. Others have had this happen several times. So far, it has only happened to me once, but I'm waiting for it to happen again. Also, all of a sudden I cannot connect to it via my iPhone. Bluetooth turns on, but it will not connect to the software.

The i770R is a really nice dive computer, the battery life is very good under water, its visibility and comfortable use are very good, only the nitrox percentages are difficult to switch during diving, I had difficulty passing from 32% to 36% during diving. nautilus diving school Tevfik Camgöz PADI Master Instructor

I completed my first dive with my i770R yesterday, in short a great experience! Some noteworthy items, I installed the transmitter in less than 5 minutes (onto my aqualung Titan 1st stage). The i770R also had over 80% battery and I had not charged it, after a 56 minutes shore dive 78% and I was using the device most of the dive. I really enjoyed using the Android app afterwards and accessing my dive data.

I have been using this computer since July of 2019 and I am very satisfied. It does everything I need and the built-in compass feature is a bonus. The algorithm is not too conservirtive so I get good dive time. The display is great, large and bright and after 10 dives set to 100% illumination the battery is still at 90%.

Bought two for me and my wife back in the Spring, it works flawlessly, easy to read and set gases, I am 62 and can easily read the screen without readers. I used it all summer teaching and recreational diving and just got back from the Caymans, 16 dives, average dive of about 1 Hour and never had to recharge and I keep the back light on high.

Replaced my Aqua Lung i750 with the i770 due to not being able to see the screen in any sunlight. The i770 does not have that issue and is easily legible in the light. I have dived with it up to over 100 feet with no issues. The way it interacts with the phone app is great and you can adjust the computer and download the dives onto your iPhone or iPad. I really like it. Very legible underwater. Holds charge well through up to 30 dives. Not for tech diving but should be good for anyone that does recreational diving.

I purchased this computer as a Christmas gift for my wife after her other failed unexpectedly in October. She used it immediately during our NYE dive trip and she loved it! The screen was easily read, operation above and below is a snap. I may need one myself now!

I have purchased qty two of these Aqua Lung i770R Dive Computers one for me and one for my finance both unfortunately failed, My finance's computer flooded and got filled with water right on her first dive, On my computer I had 2 transmitter's connected to it and lost the connection under water showing 0 PSI, After a few min later the computer shut down Blank screen, "DUH" ?????? The Aqua Lung i770R Dive Computer is a dangerous dive computer to dive with, Would not recommend !!!

Got to take it on a few dives. 1 one Florida, a few in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman. Fully charged after 3 dives, I was only down to 80%. Bright display, easy to navigate. I would highly recommend going wireless. You should always have a back up, but getting use to not having another hose attached is kind of addictive. Not to add super easy to pair.
