Excellent... great for low viz...

Excellent strobe, bright, batteries last... Twist on and off, not a great feature as you should turn on before water entry, but not a deal breaker.

Strobe light

Bought this as a margin of error for safety for planned wreck dive at 100 feet but have not used it so giving it 4 stars. Works fine on land

Excellent strobe

I primarily dive cold water in Monterey, Ca. You never know how visibility will be until you get down below. I like the strobe to clip onto the anchor line about 5’ off bottom to make it easier to find my way back. These lights a super bright, and now lighter due to a change in battery type. Anything that helps you be safer is always a positive. I put a large clip on it so easy to attach to chain.

High quality strobe

Works just fine and thankfully I havn't HAD to use it yet. The only niggly knocks would be it does not have on/off switch, rather you further tighten the bulb cover to start it. Second I found it a bit larger than I anticipated.

Tektite Lite 10-watt strobe

This is a good strobe for a locator beacon. Attach it to a down line off the boat to be able to relocate the boat. The light works well in a confined space. With the two o rings it has less tendency to flood than other strobes I have used

Thought it was going to be brighter...

But still visible from 50' feet away in the murk.... Recommend you think about how to secure it to the anchor line if that is how you are going to do it. Want it about 15' off the bottom for maxim visibility.

So far so good

Very bright strobe, good size for handling with cold water gloves. Have only used it twice so can't say anything yet about durability.
