We were disappointed by the sizing on these flippers. One of us wears a size 12 shoe and a size 11-13 flutter-kick flipper, but I can't even slip my toes into the 11-13 breaststroke flipper. Another of us wears 7-9 and feels tight in the 11-13

Breast Stroke Fins
By Richard G.
Very good for breast stroke!! It is very comfortable and good for learning the breast stroke kick.
When doing the breaststroke you use a completely different style of kick then when you swim freestyle. Speedo's Breaststroke Fins allow unique fin placement and their design allows for uninhibited whip kick motion. This unique fin design builds the leg muscles where they need to be strengthened for this special kick technique. Comfortable foot pocket of soft, yet durable thermoplastic rubber (TPR) materials assures hours of enjoyable fining and with its open heel for better feel of the water you won't want to take them off.
Fins non-vented blade provide similar thrust for whip kick as traditional fins do for flutter kick. The Speedo Breaststroke Fins are outstanding teaching and training tool for both beginning level and established breaststroke swimmers, they greatly accelerates breaststroke whip kick teaching and learning process. Fins reinforces outward angling and rotation of feet when kicking.
