Spend the money, enjoy the lighter weight... otherwise go for standard materials and still get a great reg.

Titanium is light weight... if you want your reg bag to be significantly lighter and you have the money this is a great way to do it. The other reviewer obviously doesn't understand what this reg is or what it does.

A Breath of Fresh Air

This for you later really rocks, it's durable, customizable in color and most important on breath resistance, for those of you who think that putting more resistance on your breathing Will save you air, in my opinion I think having less resistance makes you breathe at ease and therefore you are more comfortable and air will last you a little longer. You can also change the mouthpiece if you are used to something else, the regulator is actually smaller and lighter than other brands I really like that it doesn't even feel like it's in my mouth, so I am actually more comfortable breathing from it for longer and frequent dives. I went out and splurge a little bit, changing the color of the regulator face and the hoses to white, I really like the fresh look and also it makes me more distinguishable to my dive buddies and students when underwater. I also love the first stage, which makes the houses point at the right direction and not to the back of my head, this comes in handy specially when I am laying on the bottom of the ocean playing with my Macro, my head goes as far as it can and I don't feel like I'm hitting a pipe every time focus.
