I have used this G3 for a year. Overall it is a good dive watch. Not great but good. The great: it can handle dives from rec to tech easily if you are doing about a 2 tank dive day. Nice to have because you can wear all day like a watch. Plenty of options for customization of display. The bad: can only handle about 6 hours of in the water time, supposed to be 30 hours, i do have air pressure sensor that may drain the battery faster. Charging it can be problematic i have to plug and unplug it multiple times to make sure it will charge. If you plug it in and it says charger is off it will not charge and just drain the battery. A recent firmware update has made the battery life a little better when not diving. (Make sure to update the firmware). If you are wearing as a sport watch and it doesn't last all day then the firmware will fix. It has a digital compass that is just OK, newer computers have real time compass headings, the G3 compass only updates headings in ticks so if you get turning to fast it takes a little time before the compass shows your actual heading. The watch face maybe a little small for some people to read. I know my eyes are not the greatest but the important information is readable you can also try to change display type to show less info allowing for somewhat larger information. I would definitely read the manual as you should before using there are a lot a features built in. Also get used to navigating the menus The best feature is updating your dive log using bluetooth. Summary: a lot of features, bad battery life and charging is questionable

I bought this hoping it would be a good replacement for the G2. It is not. It is a wrist based dive computer. It does have some tracking for physical sports but it is not good like other trackers doing cumulations and setting up goals, summaries etc. It doesn't. It does rely on the Trak software to do some of the cumulations. Watch is readable if the brightness is turned up, which will impact battery life. The better viewable the less battery you have, recharging almost every 24 hours is a good rule of thumb to stay operational. Options, and buttons work similar to the G2. Connectivity to the transmitter is pretty solid. Dive stats and dive display area are there, but a little small for my tastes. I have tried repeatedly to get the dual time zone back to the Date display that use to show with no luck. The watch face is customizable to some extent but is challenging to get the customization to stay after updates.

I have had this dive computer for a couple of months now and have completed 20 dives using it. It works amazing with the air integration and easily displays all of the information that I need during my dives. The battery life is great and the screen is bright. I would recommend this computer to anyone that is looking for a watch style dive computer.

I've been using the Scubapro Galileo G3 for over 2.5 years now, and I love it. It's sleek enough to wear every day, but packed with features that make diving easier and safer. The customizable color display is a huge win-super clear and easy to read in any conditions. I really appreciate that all the important info is on one screen-no scrolling or digging through menus mid-dive. And the air integration is rock solid, giving me real-time tank pressure and RBT at a glance.

Ever since I got this dive computer, I've been in love with it and wouldn't trade it for any other. I love how all the functions are very clear, everything is perfectly readable underwater, it connects easily to my phone, so I can review all my dive data right after surfacing. It's reliable and accurate, which gives me total confidence during every dive. And of course - I love it for its design!

I received this computer and used it for the first time in Bonaire with the integrated air. I was so easy to set up and use . The color was incredible, the size is fantastic I was wonderful!!

Beautiful wrist watch and dive computer. Bezel falls of and can be easily lost. Hope they get a fix for this soon.
