Ralf A : Hey together.  I dive Splitfins XP Scubapro. Size XL. The length of my straps from centre to centre mounting axles Spring is 25cm. The hole length of the straps without the (clickpart fixed at the fin) is 35cm. I need bigger ones. Perhaps 2-5 cm more cm. Does something like that may exist to buy, or do I have do oversize and stretch my ones? Thank in advance for any advice. FRANK Y : How do you measure the length of the spring you need and what is the length of the small, medium and X-large? I replace a damaged spring strap on the same Scubapro fins a couple of years ago. They are a direct replacement and work perfectly. As I on damaged one, now I always carry a spare. Michael T.MARGARET N : I can only tell you that my fins are the old style and were still in good condition. The new fins spring heel strap would not fit my older model twin jet fins. My local dive shop dug around in a box of odds and ends and were able to find the older spring heel straps. I do not know if you can still purchase them. They do not have the hand grip so I put a velcro loop on them which works well. My only other choice was to buy a new pair of fins. I have tried many fins and other fins from ScubaPro, bu these remain my favorite. I am an older diver with bad knees and these give me the propulsion I seek without the strain on my arithritic knees. I hope this helps.

Great Fins, Horrible Strap Loops.

The rubber strap loops on my Twin Jet Max Split Fins broke after 10 dives. Although the Fins are awesome, this indicates Scubapro's slide downhill with cheap manufacturing. Considering the cost of the fins, the loops should have lasted for hundreds of dives, as my Mares Quattro straps have. Very disappointed as the replacement straps are 1/2 the cost of new fins. Switching back to my Quattro's. Goodbye Scubapro. Note: I take very good care of my gear.

Disappointed.... be aware of the new or old style Twin Jet Fins you may own.

Cannot say if I like these as when purchased, they said they would fit my ScubaPro Twin Jet fins. Not so. Evidently ScubaPro changed the fin attachment on the newer Twin Jet Fins. This item cannot be attached to my Twin Jet Fins. If you have the round attachment, they will work. If not like me they will not. Very disappointed. I do like my fins but they are the older style. I do not need new fins. I used to think ScubaPro was the best in all their products. No longer. Have had trouble with first stage regulator and the service is not what it once was.
