Took two on a cruise ( easy to pack) and snorkeled in Belize, Roatan and Grand Cayman. It needs a crotch strap because it will ride up no matter how tight you try to get it. One simple change would make it so much better. I will sow one on for our next trip. But easy to inflate and deflate for packing and a good buy.

Used the vest for the first time on a recent trip to Maui. The vest worked very well and enabled me to easily float without effort. However, the fit was not good. I purchased the adult medium size and I am 6'4" and weight approx. 150 lbs. The vest was to large in the chest and way to short in length. I had to tie all the straps as tight as possible and hold it down as I swam as it continually rode up on my neck. Would advise buying a smaller size or trying a horse collar design.

I am not a strong swimmer... go figure living in Colorado. I used my Scuba Max Snorkel Vest four times while in Mexico. Twice in the Caribbean and twice in cenotes. It worked perfectly allowing me to inflate or deflate as necessary for the conditions. I am a good sized guy (240lbs) and it sized/strapped just fine as well. The key with this product is to ensure the waist strap is as tight as possible (almost to the uncomfortable range) to ensure a good fit/experience.

I purchased a vest for myself and one for my wife. We both enjoyed wearing them. Since I am in my mid-60s, I thought having the security of the vest was needed. The vest is comfortable, you hardly even notice you have it on. I did not even add any air and I was floating with no effort on my part. It was especially nice when we were on Sail/Snorkel Cruises and we did not need to wear the "lifejacket" they provided around your waist. This vest met all my expectations.

Love this snorkel vest. The first one we bought was inexpensive and all up in our business. It is so worth the extra for a nice vest, snorkeling was so much easier not having to pull the vest down.

Overall, the vest worked fine and the pockets were an asset as they allowed me a place to put passports, etc (in a dive box) rather than leave them on the beach with shoes, etc. However, the smaller vest was a problem for my petit partner as it kept riding up on her (even with minimal air) which prevented her from putting her face in the water. To cure the design flaw, we had a tailor sew a crotch strap on to the rear of the vest with a loop on the other end (with buckle) that we then attached to the belt snap in front and adjusted. After that, her vest worked fine.

Much better than the cheaper models. Zipper and pockets are a big plus, comfortable fit and adjustable from small to large individuals in our family.

Christmas gift for my wife and I. Haven't used yet, but plan to use on a trip to Barbados in March. The adjustments and fit seem good.

MY first experience snorkeling would have been a disappointment without this product. Using my vest to keep me afloat, I was able to concentrate on all the underwater beauty without any worries.

I use it for snorkelling and just floating around.
