The CYKLON regulator, introduced in 1958, revolutionized the diving world as the first regulator with a single hose and demand valve located at the mouth. Even today, it outperforms many other regulators on the market. With over 45 years of field experience, the CYKLON is still the preferred choice for the German Navy and many other divers, thanks to its well-tested construction and design.
The first stage features a balanced diaphragm design that protects internal parts from contaminants like salt, sand, chlorine, or pool acids by keeping the surrounding water out. This design prolongs the regulator's performance and durability. The first stage is made from corrosion-resistant chrome-plated brass and includes 4 low-pressure (LP) and 2 high-pressure (HP) ports.
The second stage boasts a reliable downstream demand valve design, with a housing made from corrosion-proof plastic, stainless steel, and chromed brass. Equipped with nitrile O-rings, the CYKLON regulator is EN250 approved for cold water air diving. It has also been tested by the US Navy, ensuring top-notch performance in various underwater conditions.
The CYKLON regulator comes with a 27.6" (70cm) LP hose and an owner's manual, providing divers with an exceptional, time-tested diving experience.
