To make shock proof case for my DSLR, Lens, and accessories. . It can be modified to fit perfectly in any config I like. Once you remove foam that's it. You cannot re configure.

Good accessory for the 1524 case, mounts in the lid. However, beware that it interferes with the egg-crate padding that is used in the case to hold everything in place, so you shouldn't expect to pack it too full.

I bought this as an accessory for the case, it adds flexibility, a lot more storage case and, I can slip envelopes containing spare O rings and manuals behind it, they are protected and it capitalises on available space.

We use this for a photographic templating system - great for all the little pieces that need to be included in our kits.
