dane k : What are the dimensions? Hole looks to be dead center of a rectangle. What is the hole size and/or what size hardware is used to mount to the top surface?GREGORY J : Gluing surface is 1.490" w x .965" h. Attachment surface,(top), is 1.490" x .610". Hole is ~.118"dia. x .470" deep, and, is pretty much dead center. Wood/drywall screws could be used, or, the hole could be tapped and a machine screw used to attach the deck/top surface. HTH....
Shopper : Are these glued or screwed to the inside of the case?MIYUKI S : You will glue them into the case where you need them, they do have a screw hole to screw something into, but as far as the mounts themselves will be glued, they come with instructions.DAVE S : They are glued. Check the pelican website for the specific 3M adhesive to use. Standard epoxy is not recommended but the 3M stuff is rock solid.ALEXANDER G : they are screwed on by you. they come separately in a baggie with all hardware

Great upgrade to a case

I found the Peli quick mounts to be just as they were described. They are made from ABS plastic, were shipped quickly and delivered in brand-new condition.All of that said, you need to realize that in order to securely mount these clips,(and I bought two sets (8) of them), you will need to spend about $125.00 to purchase the 3M Scotch-Weld and its requisite applicator.As far as I know, only two solutions will work and their total cost (due to a 10:1 mixing ratio) will be a similar cost, as Polypropylene is not made to easily be worked with.

I bought these for the business I work for and it works great for the purpose we are using it!

Need to mount something more permanent inside your Pelican case. Sometimes delicate instruments such as a Depth Finder, GPS, Marine Radio, Calibration Instruments etc. need better protection and stability. The Pelican 1507 Peli-Quick Mounts are a set of four mounts used for special equipment mounting inside the case. They will fit all small, medium, large and extra-large Pelican cases. The mounts do not fit Pelican Micro cases. Peli-Quick Mounts are made from the same durable ABS plastic materials used in manufacturing Pelican Cases, are easy to install with screws or adhesive. Kit comes with installation instructions and mounting options.
