Great Dry Suit Hood

Great hood for a dry suit and very easy to get in and out of with the zipper. Rubber sealed seams is awesome as well. Only drawback is the face hole is very small so you may need to cut it back a little bit so that it will fit your face correctly.

Fantastic cold water hood!

This hood is durable and the warmest neoprene hood I have ever used. The Merino wool feels as if it is generating it's own heat. Excellent for the cold water diving I do in the great lakes.

crazy good hood

Searched the web before doing my OW dives in Vancouver Canada knowing that of all things that I have trouble with is how my head is sensitive to cold. Ordered it from Leisure Pro and was amazed at how quick it arrived (that's the way to do it on the web). Well, the Pinnacle hood and a cold head were the last things on my mind once we did the dive. It performed as advertised and I would highly recommend it to anyone diving in cold water.

Great hood

I like the zipper feature on this hood. It allows me to get it on and off without ripping my hair out in the process. It feels a bit tight around my jaw, but that could be my anatomy rather than a problem with the hood itself. It definitely keeps my head warmer than any other hood I've worn. I would recommend it.

The Merino Lined Dry Suit Hood is the warmest hood available and will keep a dry suit diver's head warm and comfortable in even the most severe water temperatures. Constructed from 7mm titanium lined neoprene throughout the head and neck areas, with Pinnacles patented Merino lining throughout. Merino lining adds up to 35% more thermal efficiency then standard neoprene rubber alone. Merion also does not promote the growth of bacteria, making it hygienic and reduces odor. The hood is equipped with a 3mm face seal with smooth skin seal can be trimmed to custom fit the face mask seal. Donning and doffing are made easy with the gusseted rear zipper.

The hoods seams are double glued and flat-lock stitched for strength and durability. Hood has a non-direct automatic vent that allows air-to-escape as necessary from the top of the hood while restricting water to re-enter. If the hood is used for night or low light diving conditions you're sure to be seen with the reflective forehead patch and rear pattern. Hood is available in multiple unisex sizes and is black in color.
