I love this pack! Just right pockets & loops for carrying a phone, keys, snacks and a small first aid kit along with the 1.5 L bladder. With the bungies, I could add another layer if I needed to. I thought it might be a hair too small when I first tried it on, but it has turned out to be very comfortable. I got the medium and am 5'6", 150lb, 36B.

With a body-hugging fit that provides bounce-free carry, smart and accessible organization for fuel and gear, and an included Hydraulics LT 1.5-liter (50.7 fl. oz.) reservoir that can be supplemented with soft flasks, the Dyna 1.5 helps you focus on what matters most: continuous forward motion. Purpose-built for incredible comfort so you can focus on FKT's and PR's. Bottles, reservoirs, and add-on flexibility for short runs, long runs, and everything in between. You decide what you need. Dyna makes it possible. Pockets up front for quick access to fuel and soft flasks, trekking pole storage when you need to use your hands as much as your feet to move forward, and room for rain gear and extra layers.

X-Small/Small fits chest size range of 31" to 37" (79cm to 84cm) and the Small/Medium fits chest size range of 35" to 41" (89cm to 104cm). The X-Small/Small measures (H x W x D) 13.4 x 8.7 x 2.4" (34 x 22 x 6cm) with a volume of 61 cubic inches (1 liter) and weighs 8.8 oz (249.5g) when empty. The Small/Medium measures (H x W x D) 15 x 8.7 x 2.4" (38 x 22 x 6cm) with a volume of 92 cubic inches (1.5 liters) and weighs 9.12 oz (258.5g) when empty. The main body is made from 70 D x 140D nylon triangle ripstop fabric, with the accent manufactured from 11.3 oz (320g) nylon stretch mesh and the bottom from 7 oz (200g) nylon stretch mesh.
