Can't go on my runs without it. Highly recommend, the compartments come in handy for your phone, AirPods, keys, running gels etc? oh and the water pouch? A LIFE CHANGER.

I love this pack! Just right pockets & loops for carrying a phone, keys, snacks and a small first aid kit along with the 1.5 L bladder. With the bungies, I could add another layer if I needed to. I thought it might be a hair too small when I first tried it on, but it has turned out to be very comfortable. I got the medium and am 5'6", 150lb, 36B.

I love this pack! I'm running in Florida in the summer. No bouncing, no chafing, I forget it's on because it fits so well. I also love the pocket layout.

Clever design. Doesn't leak. Can hear water sloshing around, but can't feel it. Chest straps and water bladder took a bit to figure out, but now I like them

Literally the best hydration vest out there. I use it for all my ultra marathons and all my training. 10/10

I got both my daughters this vest for running and hiking. They both love the pockets and the hydration pouch feature. Easy to use bladder. They would have liked one more zippered pocket but they love the cross cross stretchy cords on the back so they can stash a jacket.

I have loved this pack!! I bought it for my trail runs this summer and am already so in love with the purchase. It is lightweight, and has a super convenient zipper pocket on the left side that is perfect for my phone. Love all the things!

It seems like Osprey has made some sacrifices in the new design. The bladder is a one part system, which is inferior to the old system, its more clunky and difficult to clean. It feels cheaper overall. I replaced the bladder in this system; the bag no longer comes with a magnet for securing the hose, so there are several parts I've had to swap or replace. I purchased this to replace my older design, as it needed a repair and couldn't go without. It no longer has an additional zippered compartment in the back which I miss greatly. Overall, I'm still happy with the product and I do love that Osprey has great customer service and they stand by their product 100%, so if anything ever breaks, they will repair or replace it. I'm bumping it up to 4 stars because of this, overall I think the product itself is 3/5.

it's made well, but can't seem to get comfortable wearing it.

Love the Dyna 1.5 vest. I can use the bladder and/or the smaller soft flasks together or alone. Plenty of room for gels, waffles, & snacks. Good for multiple hour outings. Lightweight and no bounce.

I love this hydration vest! The only issue I have had was with the sizing. I ordered my normal size, a small based off the sizing chart provided but it was too small. I spoke with a very nice woman in customer service who helped me with sizing and I exchanged for a medium. It fits perfect now. For reference, I am 5' 7", 140 and am a 34c.

Got this pack last minute for a 50k and never ran with it before the race - thankfully it was absolutely perfect. I am 5'1" and 110 lbs and the small fit my frame perfectly zero chafing even in a tank top. Easy to use, the aid station crew even helpfully filled it up for me while I ate snacks no problem! Good storage - not a ton but enough for snacks (sandwiches and gummy bears) and phone. Didn't fly up and down while I ran even when full. Great pack.

The perfect running vest. Stays put! Plenty of space for phone, fuel, extra hair ties, ect. Hydration hose isnt too long and tucks in perfectly.

Honestly I was very hesitant to run with something on my back. I couldn't even feel the pack when I went for a long run. It was perfectly fitted, secure, and well ventilated. Extremely happy with this purchase!

Pack is great. Fits snug for a medium which is what I needed but just enough wiggle room if I need to wear a thin workout jacket at one point. Wore it for a half marathon and got compliments. Great functionality.

As a previous road runner with a belt for holding all the necessaries, I knew that I needed something different for trail runs that took me beyond popular running tracks. Zippered vertical pouch on the right side is perfect for my phone and any other electronics that I don't want in the other drop pouches. Came with 1.5 L water bladder, which is perfect for 3-5 mile runs, hose has several options to secure across the chest. Have had no chaffing in the arms, chest, or elbows, and the vest does not move with vigorous activity. I purchased the verdigris green on sale for $60, so worth it! Reference: I am 5'6" 190lbs, with a large chest size(38F), torso length of 21". I ordered the Women's Large (WL), and it fits amazingly like a second skin. Took a bit to figure out the best fit with the chest straps, as they clip across the bulk of my chest.
