Good replacement hoses.

Replacements for 2007-2008 high pressure hoses for Oceanic Proplus2 dive computers. Also came with new fittings for quick disconnect on computer. Added bonus! Worked fine when tested. Easy to replace

Quick disconnet

Taking the computer off the regulator set up helps protect it in transit and allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Great quick disconnect

The only issue is installing the adaptor to the computer. You need a really thin open end wrench to back up the retainer nut on the computeer.

Just what I needed my other ones work great but I just purchased another unit without quick connect and I will not live without being able to put the$ 700.00 computer in a pelican case

Replacement HP Hose

What can I say?.........its high-pressure hose. But if the hose for your Aeris Atmos ai computer "goes south", this is a suitable replacement.

Ocean Quick Disconnect hose

Good quality / over priced

Overall, seems to be good quality. But way over priced. Fact is this is a $10 part. I just had a chrome plated brass swivel put on my first stage. Same size part. Same (if not more)complexity in manufacturing. I paid $10 including having my dive shop install it.

Essential Equipment for DC Console

I should have bought this optional QD when I first ordered my Oceanic reg setup. After banging up my dive computer console on my first dive, I knew I had to have it. My LDS couldn't seem to be able to order the correct part, then tried to install a Suunto QD before I stopped them. One call to LP got me the right part, and for about $40 less than my LDS wanted for the wrong one. I happened to be going up to NYC, and LP installed it while I waited on a visit to their showroom. The QD twists on and off easily, but stays on securely when the rig is pressurized for a dive. It lets me detach the whole computer console (with SPG and optional compass) after a dive so I can take it back to my hotel room or liveaboard cabin to log my dives while the rest of my reg stays at the dive shop or on the boat. I usually carry my reg bag onboard when flying, but if I have to check it, I can at least keep my computer with me. One trick I've found useful is to tuck the whole DC/SPG console inside a neoprene soft drink coozie to protect it from dings and scratches while traveling. Then I've always got a coozie handy to keep my beverages cold on the boat!

Your Oceanic Dive Computer was an expensive investment. Giving it the care and protection, it needs to give you years of service is important to your enjoyment of diving. The Oceanic's Quick Disconnect for the Computer allows you to disconnect the computer from the high pressure (HP) hose allowing you to safely store it without worrying it may get damaged when transported in your gear bag. The quick-disconnect also gives you several other advantages. You can easily pop-it-off" the HP hose (computer) when you want to log dives without having to drag your entire regulator when you do.
