I work in 40 degree water they help to keep me working.gloves are very thick obviously so getting use to that dexterity is needed especially if you is your hands a lot while diving.

I have Raynaud's, which causes me to quickly lose circulation in my fingers as they're exposed to cold causing them o feel freezing d numb. These gloves keep my fingers warm and are easy enough to put on and off. The only draawback is they don't come with a Velcro strap to keep water from coming in, as the 5mm gloves do. This was solved by buying Velcro straps.

My 7mm gloves are wonderfully toasty in the 47F winter waters of Puget Sound. Even with for the empty fingertips - which issue is on me, as I completely misinterpreted the measuring instructions ;-). I’m not sure I’ll exchange them because a better fit will probably make them ... ... wait for it ... ... ... too warm!!

Purchased them for dives where the temperature would be below 55 degrees. Completed 3 dives recently with temperatures around 47 with no problems at all. The only drawbacks to these gloves are they are hard put on and take off, along with the lack of dexterity. But overall great gloves.

...the first time out with them and it didn't get to my hand, so thick enough for warmth and protection but still provides great dexterity for underwater activity. I used to never wear gloves but not anymore.

Comfortable and fit exactly as expected. I thought 7mm would be very restrictive but they had very little loss of dexterity. If they wear out I would replace them with the same.

These gloves are not only comfortable, but work very well when diving in cold water. I tend to dive some very cold water with a variety of suits. As long as my core is warm, my hands are warm in these gloves.

I bought the large for myself, and the small for my 14yo son. They fit very good, and definitely help keep your hands warm. I didnt realize how well they worked until I took them off, and felt the cold water.

If you use the sizing chart they give you on line to pick your glove size, go one size up.. The chart is based for smaller people.. The gloves cut off my circulation and my fingers were burning from the cold. I went back to my 5 MM gloves and was much warmer and comfortable.

These gloves were plenty warm in 50° water. Easy to get on and comfortable to wear.

I use wetsuit gloves with my drysuit. I was hoping that 7mm gloves would be a little better than my current 5mm gloves. They did help a little but not enough for diving in the 34-40º F water in Lake Michigan. I'm sure these gloves are fine for warmer water.

I use these with my wetsuit and wet socks for treading in my pool in the colder water...under 70.
