I am an avid SUP boarder and this works really well for my local lake paddling. Its minimalist design allows me to fully stretch my arms to get the most out of my paddle stroke. While I wouldn't wear this on choppier bays or lakes where I'd want more floatation, it suits me perfectly for calmer (but cold!) waters where I can get back on my board fairly quickly.
