This allows me to dIve DIN with my Mares reg

I dive both yoke and DIN and I thought I would be able to switch back and forth but apparently that is not recommended. I had this professionally installed and also bought a yoke adaptor. This has proved to be a good solution. Although the yoke adaptor does extend out a bit, it has created no issues.

No instructions, but pretty easy to put on. I didn't love the dust cap it came with, but I can live with it.

You started diving with yoke style cylinder valves, but you feel the higher cylinder pressure available with DIN cylinders will be an advantage to your style of diving.
