Does the job. I prefer a smaller necklace though. This on puts the reg down on your chest, I cut it and made it shorter so the reg is at my throat instead.

Way too bulky. Very thick and tough to get around the mouthpiece. Longer than needed for an average sized head and neck.

I found this to be more comfortable than a bungee style necklace. However, you cannot adjust the length like you can on a bungee. Well built and holds the reg well. I like it enough that I have one for my single tank setup and my doubles setup.

Good product for everyday use. Could have a tighter hold on the regulator as when removing it to talk at the surface, not remembering I had it in this necklace, I pulled it right out of it. Otherwise, makes it super handy to know there's no more hunting for the reg. and that it won't go far.

For me;if the diameter of the silicone was a tiny bit thinner around the mouthpiece it would have been perfect. It prevents jaw fatigue and accidental "kick outs" when following divers closely through passages OR coral chutes... And provides an excellent octo holder as well.I've already bought my buddy a pair so we have a similar set up when diving

Owww! I bought one of these on sale to keep my secondairy near by. It holds the reg nicely. But I have long hair and the rubbery material puts a death-grip on the hair on the back of your neck!! Hopefully that'll change once it gets older, or my hair is wet, but be warned! Otherwise it's great... just painful to take off. Ideal to wear with hood.

I ordered this to replace a clip that was constantly coming undone and causing my octo to freeflow. I was worried that it might seem bulky but you immediately forget that you are wearing it. I was the only diver on our boat with one and got a lot of "what is that thing around your neck?". Once people saw what it was for and how easily it worked they liked it too!

My octo's look like they have been through space because the octo hangs on the side rubbing on sand, rock, metal hulls. Now its under my chin and protected. When I do need my octo, its now,and now I know where it is. Tec Divers call it a suicide strap because if you feel yourself passing out, the necklace will keep the mouthpiece in place

I have found this an effective way of storing my backup reg. The regulator sits nicely just where an occy should be for ease of access in an emergency. Other reviewers seem to have used this necklace for their primary reg rather than their backup so this may be why they had difficultly. Note the manufacturers description: "is derived from technical divers that had a need to keep their back-up regulator close when needed".

This was a great idea and would be a great product if it came in different sizes. It is too short and pulls from the seated spot on my regulator to my lips requiring continuous adjustments while diving. It is great for when you are on the surface and your regulator is not in your mouth because it is readily available. Great idea just needs a little more time in the design phase.

I've only used it once, and still have an open mind, but the slick neoprene construction allows the mouthpiece to slip out too easily.
