This shirt was a perfect extra layer for my 1.5 mm Lavacore suit for a week of diving in 82 degree water. I especially love the zipper at the neck which I was able to keep open a bit so it was not tight and was easy on/off.

Sizing chart is very accurate. Perfectly fit. Easy to wear and very comfortable. Very well made. Material is as advertised. Happy to have it.

This is a great upgrade from just a standard rashguard and the fleece lining is very comfortable on the skin. It does add some warmth vs a rashguard both when wet and dry, but without the 3rd middle layer of the traditional Lavacore, it doesn't offer the wind chill protection in cooler weather, especially when wet. It still a great product though, looks nice and has held up fairly well over about 50 dives, a dozen snorkeling outings and even a few kayaking trips. Rinse it well after each use and put it on a hanger in a well-ventilated place to dry to keep it from stinking. I also hand wash it in the sink with Woolite after using it in salt water or if it gets a rock rub or stain from dirt, mud, grass, etc. Like all Lavacore products, sizing does run on the small side so getting a size bigger than you usually wear isn't a bad idea. Just wish they weren't discontinuing the line - I own 2 and wouldn't mind having a 3rd to switch out.

Great rash guard/extra layer under a wetsuit without extra buoyancy! It does run very long in the arms and body, is generously sized and stretchy. I would go a size smaller than I usually wear next time.
