J.W. Fisher Cable Management System CMS-1

The J. W. Fisher Cable Management System (CMS) is a cable reel with slip rings which allow complete and continuous operation of electronic equipment while deploying or retrieving cable. The cable is manually coiled and uncoiled using the removable hand crank. The CMS-1 cable reel holds 250' (76m) of J.W. Fishers ROV cable or 500' (152.5m) of J.W. Fishers side scan cable (cables not included). The CMS-1 is housed in a Pelican 1620 case. Reel assemblies are constructed of high impact PVC for years of trouble-free performance. Case come with wheels and a retractable handle for ease of transportation and storage. System Information: CMS-1 slip rings electrical contacts, 2 circuits (wires) at 10 amps (up to 240 v ac/dc), 6 circuits (wires) at 2 amps and 2 separate coax cables (uses 4 circuits). The CMS-1 system weighs 48 lbs. (21.77kg).
