JBL Saber Fillet Knife

The JBL Saber Fillet Knife makes short work out of any fish. The 420 stainless blade is 1" (2.54cm) wide and 9" (22.86cm) long and curved for close to the bone fillets. Steel is treated in a heat and quench" method that offers maximum flex while still holding a razor sharp edge. Non slip polymer handle fits comfortably in your hand, and the oversized thumb rest enables more precise cutting with increased stability. The JBL Saber Fillet Knife has an overall length of 14.25" (36.2cm). Knife has a traditional fillet knife straight back, Straight Edge blade design with drop point tip. Knife comes with a PVC sheath for protection and storage.
