Shopper : Will this fit the 48" AB Biller Padauk?MICHAEL C : We do not sell AB Biller product so I am not familiar if this will work for you gun as it specifies that it is for a AB Biller 54 Custom Gun.
Shopper : does it fit ab biller 48 special?RICHARD O : This is a shaft that requires and screw on end with notches for your bands and a screw on tip to be functional. It allows for varying lengths for different guns. The shaft itself will fit the Biller but not without attachments and tips. Hope that helps.LOIS W : When I ordered this item, I recieved a shaft in the mail with no slits for the band wishbones and no notch to lock into the trigger mechanism. It was simply a blank shaft with 6mm threads on BOTH ends. I had to cut one end off and cut the necessary slots into it for my JBL Woody Magnum speargun. This may have been a simple mistake, and they may send you the correct shaft, but I never was able to get a response back from Liesure Pro.

About JBL SS 48" X 5/16" Adapt-A-Shaft for Various Spearguns

This JBL shaft is for AB-Biller 54 Custom and JBL (JBL4D50) Spearguns. The JBL7548S shaft is 48" (1,219 mm) long with a 5/16" (8 mm) diameter. Having spare parts for your gun or sling is the only way to assure you won't get skunked on a spear fishing trip. Constructed of corrosion resistant 17-4 (spring) stainless each shaft is hand-tuned for alignment then heat-treated for maximum hardness to reduce flex and provide optimum energy transfer.

OEM shafts for JBL and AB-Biller mechanisms are milled to spec for a perfect fit and function. Adapt-A-Shafts are 6mm threaded on both ends and accept 303 stainless adapters allowing you to customize length for just about any speargun mechanism available.
