Shopper : is this item new or refurbished?Chris G : The unit I received was new but honestly I wouldn't purchase this model unless you are needing it for speeds of less than 10mph. Anything above that and it does not give an accurate readout on my tritoon. Comes with a black and a white bezel,all wiring,the thru hull transducer, and sunshade. The only thing you will need to purchase separately is under water sealant. I used 3m 4200 so if i ever have a problem it would be removable. Good luck.Frank M : Yes it comes with all of that. Shopper : Can you use on jet ski ?Frank M : It will work on a jetski if the hull deadrise meets the specs of the transducer. Also, I dont know how waterproof the gauge face is so placement of the gauge might be of concern. You should be able to find all of this info on the manufacturers website.BRODY A : As long as you can mount it, I would say so. I go up to 40mph in my boat and it registers fineTIMOTHY M : I would says yes if you want to drill a large hole in the bottom of the ski. Also not sure if the display is waterproof.

great unit for the price, 4 years running strong

Had this little depth sounder in my little 22 ft sailboat and it ran great for the 3 years i owned the boat and after speaking to the owner its still good to go. Glued it inside the hull and never gave me any problems, low voltage draw and easy to install.

Easy and efficient

This depth detector is used on a pontoon on mostly inland lake and river applications. No issues were encountered during installation or subsequent operation. It provides quick, accurate depth readings, is backlit for night use, and has a clear, uncluttered display. It was easy to install and with the optional chrome trim ring available from the manufacturer, it blends well with the rest of the gauges in my instrument panel.

Instant Depth Readings, Updated 4 Times Per Second... Why the Hawkeye D10DX? Today's high-tech, multipurpose fish finders are designed to produce a range of readings from bottom contour, fish location, and thermocline's, to a variety of other useful sonar data. However, the technology used to decipher between these different signals coupled with the configuration of their specialized transducers greatly reduces their ability to give instant bottom readings. The HawkEye D10DX Depth Sounder is engineered to give precise depth readings from 2.5' to 200' (.7 to 61 meters), at speeds up to 63 mph (101 kph). Say goodbye to the days of not knowing the depth while running your boat on plane. The D10DX also incorporates dual temperature displays. A simple press of a button gives instant access to water or air temperature readings via integrated sensors in both the transducer and head unit.

Algorithmic programming virtually eliminates false depth readings while easy touch programming allows one-touch access to dual depth alarms. The full range keel offset adjusts depth readings for vessel draft. The oversized LCD measuring 1.65" x .87" (4.2 x 2.2) reads depths in feet or meters, and uses Soft-Glow backlighting for unmatched readability at night. The transducer is available in 2 models; 1 transom-mounted or 1 glued in-hull.

The Hawkeye D10DX measures 2" in diameter and 1.75" deep (5.1 x 4.4 cm) with a 30' (9 meter) traducer cable. The traducer frequency is 200 kHz and has a beam angle of 25° degrees. The unit uses 11 to 14 Volts DC 200mA maximum and has a current drain of 40mA nominal. The LCD display is a polarized liquid crystal so even in bright sunlight or when wearing sunglasses reading information is made easy. The warning signaling is audible, red LED and blinking LCD icons. The Hawkeye D10DX include interchangeable black and white bezels and face plates, and also a sun cover to protect the LCD during storage. The D10D comes with a comprehensive operation and installation manual.
