Great shorty.

Absolutely love it! Just used it for snorkeling in high seventies tropical waters. After 30 minutes, my friends were complaining they were cold. I wasn't? And the darn thing fit me perfectly, which was surprising.

Great wet suit, reasonably priced.

I'm very pleased with my Henderson wet suit. It fits great and with the zipper on the front is very easy to put on and take off. I'm an instructor, so I use it in the pool, it keeps me warm and comfortable. AND since it zips up the front, I can go to the men's room without having to take it off.

Great suit. Fits like a glove. I am 6’1 and 160 (aka, tall and thin), so this was a concern. But it works quite well. First time with wetsuit. Felt like I was cheating in my swim with all the buoyancy it provided. Summer now, so warmth not an issue. Will see how far into Fall I get.

Best investment at staying warm in cold waters.

I purchased my Henderson Thermoprene - 3mm shorty front zip for a Class V white water adventure in 40 degree water temperature. It didn't take long for me to meet "Old Man River" in the first 12 minutes and did a hard swim until being fished out of the water. This suit kept my mid-body temperature warm while the rest of my body-parts experienced contact with "melted snow" type raging water. This is a great item to wear under a splash jacket and pants during those cold water outings. Not to mention a great suit for nice weather combined with cold water temperatures. Best of all, it is very easy to put on and take off. Best investment and a great price.

Good wetsuit. Get correct size.

Good wetsuit. Sizing chart said 2XL-SHORT. LP only carries the standard size so I bought 2xl. When I tried it on dry it felt okay. After 3 dives it felt too large. Now I can't return it, and I probably won't wear it. The wetsuit is good quality, just be sure you get the correct size, and allow for wet/dry difference. Don't settle for less. It's not a consumable product.

Finally a shorty that is made for ladies, including those with curves. The size 14 fit perfectly: I am a very curvy (both on top and bottom - size 16/18 @ 5'8") female. Ideal for those who hate the "boy style" shorty complete with thigh zip. The rear zipper begins in the small of the back like most full length suits.

Divers seeking a great value will appreciate Thermoprene's balance of performance and price.
