They’re very useful for weights under 5lbs or a pocket mask if you’re doing rescue diving.RICHARD E : Mine came with velcro plus a buckle on the weight pockets which is different than the picture on the Leisure Pro website. It also came with 2 tank straps rather than the one shown. There are pictures of this BC on websites with several configurations of weight pockets and tank straps (most with only one tank strap). I was not expecting mine to have the buckles and a second tank strap but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived.jason h : Velcro + BuckleRick S : I have used this BC for 4 years, they have zipper on top with a black nylon bag inside where you put your weights that little bag has a zipper. If you need to dump your weights, there's a red handle that pulls down which is velcro. Very easy dumping your weights, I use 14lbs which has 7lbs in each pocket. I have over a 100 dives with this BC. Hands down best travel BC on the market. Very well made and engineered. The one I have still looks like new. If anything happened to this BC, I would buy the same one again

Shopper : Does it have slots for a second tank strap?Wing Lun C : No, it doesn't, but so far the single tank strap can hold the tank tight.PAUL A : This is a 'bare bones' BCD. I had to buy second sets of pockets for both weights and for accessories. If you want bare bones and light, then this gear is Ok. However, if I knew beforehand what I know now, then I would have purchased some else like a Dive Rite or Zeagle BCD. For the amount of money you will spend on extra straps, extra pockets (there is not enough space for lead!), etc., you should look at another set up. This is expensive and inadequate. For the money, go for a Zeagle.Lander T : yes it does It has two slots one for lower grip an one four hire grip. You can put the two of them if you want It’s a magnificent bcdMARK R : No but the one strap is sufficient.
Shopper : Can you add an Air 2, or Aqua Lung Octo-Inflator? If so which one?PAUL A : I wouldn't because the length of the inflator tube is short compared to other BCDs. This means there is a likelihood of the secondary flapping around near your head unless you secure it down with extra bands. The LTS is very limited. Unless you are desperate to save weight in your travel bag, then you will be happier with a more versatile BCD ... something with more D-rings and with more pockets for storage and weights.JEFF M : We did fit an Air2 on this BCD. The only issue is that the corrugated inflator hose is rather thick, so you have to fiddle with the quick disconnect on to hook it up. Otherwise, very solidly built BCD!Brenda A : I dont think so. Light light light!

LTS is just about perfect travel BC. I have become a weight freak as far as the gear in concerned. Whenver I need to pack light, this BC is the first piece in my bag. Some crazy local airlines in Maldives only allow 10kg of luggage. I was forced to leave the fins and suit behind, but I took the reg and BC. You never get good rental gear at the site. Low capacity? I have never really understood a need for hight capacity wings.. Pockets are a bit smaller than I would need though. I added a second tank strap and am totally happy with it.

It’s a magnificent BCD bes ever had (22 year mor than 800 dives)

Let me tell you that in the model I just bought (different version that the one you see on the pictures above) it has a different weight pocket that fits up to 10 pounds in each. I suppose is the new version, and I am sure that you can fit more. As for the D rigs it has enough if you consider the ones that are on the straps and if you need more pockets you can buy them separately and fit them in the buckle strap.

Excellent Travel BC

I bought this BC last year, and after using it for quite a few dives in a variety of environments I can say that this is an excellent light-duty BC that is versatile enough to serve as a primary rig in almost all single-tank recreational situations. The design is well thought out, very comfortable, accommodates additional gear well, and keeps a very low profile in the water. I have to tip my hat to Hollis for good construction quality as well, especially with regard to the very flexible and thick inflator tubing. One thing to note is that the weight pockets are not designed to accommodate any more than about 6 pounds in each. This said, if you are warm-water diving this should be plenty of weight for most experienced (in-shape) divers. The BC rides high enough so that if you are diving in cold water with heavy exposure protection you can wear a weight belt (or just use a different BC). The thing to keep in mind with this BC is that it is a travel BC, intended to be minimalist. If you need more frills then get a more comprehensive rig.

Very Limited Design

The weight pockets are pathetic -- way, way, way too small. I had great difficulty cramming 5 lbs of weight into each pocket. If you dive with 8-10 lbs of lead, then don't buy this BCD. Also, the design is very poor from an expansion standpoint: there are no sensible places for attaching spare pockets for small items (GoPro, etc.) and there are no D-rings in "typical" locations for attaching gear. Lift capacity is also poor when compared to a similar category BCD from guys like Zeagle. For the money, there are much better options available from other vendors. I will replace this item soon.

The Hollis Light Travel System (L.T.S.) is an exciting new product designed for traveling divers and warm water destinations. Incorporating key features from the Hollis popular HD200, the LTS is a weight integrated back inflation design with 30 lbs. (13.6 kg) of lift, suitable for single AL80's or steel 85's. It's simple, non-modular design stows easy and weighs only 5 lbs. (2.27 kg). The BCD is built-to-last with a rugged 1000-diener nylon wing with a 420-deiner urethane laminated internal nylon bladder.

The LTS is equipped with 5 lbs. (2.27 kg) integrated weight system, comfortable back-pad, torso and waist adjustment webbing straps with squeeze-style" side-release buckles for easy donning and doffing. The LTD has chest and hip D-rings for accessories or sling bottle attachment. Bungee cords hold the bladder to a low profile and aid in rapid deflation when required. Cylinder attachment is made easy with the single nylon webbing lightweight plastic/steel wire cam band with extruded rubber friction pad and top squeeze-style" side-release buckle stabilizer strap.

The Hollis Gear power inflator mechanism with cable activated shoulder pull dump exhaust valve provides precise buoyancy control. The inflator system is made from durable impact resistant plastic with a corrugated rubber hose. The internal components and inlet quick-disconnect nipple are made from chrome plated brass. The LTS is available in multiple sizes, comes with a 3/8" threaded low-pressure quick-disconnect hose, and owner's manual.
