Beautiful suit, great fit, horrible quality

I got this suit after labor Day as Lake Michigan started cooling into the mid 60s... a bit chilly for me for my daily swim. This suit is beautiful and fits like a glove and lets you swim like a fish. Very easy slip on and off. I am 68-inches tall and 174 pounds, and the ML was a perfect fit. The zipper zips down to close (instead of up as I am used to) which means you have to reach back to get the one half of the zip into the other without looking... took a couple days to get used to but after that it was no big deal. The main zip issue was heavy leaking at the base of the zip that literally sent chills up and own your spine. But that was OK after a couple minutes. About 5 days in, the crotch split in two places and started leaking badly. Patched it up with special glue. But then more rips appeared in the crotch and bad tears in the shoulder, the shin and the thigh. I don't have long nails. There are no rocks or reefs in Lake Michigan (sand beach entry and exit). After two weeks (so about 10-12 miles) the thing was like a pasta strainer.

The Head Tri-Comp 12 Triathlon Suit is a perfect fit design with sizes guaranteed complete adherence to the body, just like a second-skin! Muscle compression extends sports performance. Both legs and arms are length-adjustable. The Tri-Comp Suits elasticity for the outer neoprene and internal Lycra facilitate movement, ensuring absolute comfort. The suit has variable thickness construction for proper buoyancy and added flexibility where needed. The neoprene is 5mm in the front core, 3mm in rear core and 2mm in the arm/shoulders. The suits buoyancy meets all requirements and standards.

The Tri-Comp is built for speed with fully water repellent neoprene that does not absorb water therefore does not weigh down the body, helping improve hydrodynamics. The suits grip panels positioned on the forearms enable maximum grip during arm strokes. Out of the water the suits strategic placement of the rear zipper with pull leash makes doffing quick and easy. Suit is black in color and available in multiple sizes.
