MIKE E : is this mask good for depth?Kristi K : No, this is not good for depth. I don't think any of these are made for going deep like the traditional snorkel masks but I love the ease of these masks!! I didn't care about going deep anyway so I didn't mind.Steven K : You will be able to dive down as far as the average individual, maybe 10-12 feet no problem. However, because there is so much air volume in the mask, I noticed quite a bit more pressure (called squeeze) than with a normal mask. Having said that, this mask IS PERFECT for motoring around on the surface! My wife and I would snorkel for an hour and a half and have the best time in part because we weren't messing with separate mask and snorkel combinations. fulen f : I have a similar Tribord mask and I find it more difficult to breathe with than a regular mask. I was wondering if this one would be any different?Filberto V : Well buddy' I own one and I love it , works like expected , kinda pricey but worth the money when snorkeling , the main thing on theses mask is that have get the right size for your face, that's where youtube comes in. Sea Vu Dry Full Face Snorkeling Mask

I bought and used the Sea Vu Dry Full Snorkeling Mask on 4 recent cruises I went on. The mask did not leak and did not fog up. It worked perfectly. I would recommend this mask to anyone that is going on any snorkeling adventures. Even when excursions include the snorkeling gear, you will want to have you Sea Vu with you. I saw more than anyone else did and saw it very clearly. Breathing is natural, so you don't need to think about anything. Just put on the mask and go. It was the BEST experience of my life and I highly recommend it.

Full face mask

The mask fit was fairly accurate, however my husband has a full beard and therefore the mask did not seal well. The clarity and view out of mask were good and it did not fog up. It was a bit hard to breath with, though and felt like you were constantly trying to pull in a larger volume of air than it would allow.

Best snorkling experience ever with this mask

The title says it all. We bought 2 masks and had the best time. I let a friend try it and they didn't want to give it back.

Full face snorkel was great except....

The full face snorkel mask worked really well and visibility was awesome. We used it every day, at least twice a day, while visiting Tahiti and other islands on a catamaran cruise. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the strap stitching holding the mask to the back the head is starting to separate after a week's use. I'm concerned that in the future this will compromise the effectiveness of the mask as the strap will loosen up and not hold the mask in place.

Full face mask

When I go the mask I wasn't sure if it would fit. The mask does come with measurements for face size and luckily it fit. I did not notice the measurements on your website. Also I have a beard so i wasn't sure if it would seal. It seals great. The day I got the mask I tried it in my swimming pool and it is really super. Glad I bought it.

Pros, cons

Received this mask as a birthday gift. Tried it for the first time this week and I love the mask. Pros Can breath through the nose No jaw fatigue Great vision Literally no fogging Great seal (water will get in, but will drain away easily) Wonderful when used as designed (surface snorkeling and very shallow diving) Cons Some breathing restriction A learning curve on breathing and positioning Someone with little experience snorkeling could panic when they try to breath and the seal is closed When diving the pressure will force the mask harder on the face. (Mask is not designed for deep swimming. Found it very uncomfortable going down more than 8-10 feet) I have been snorkeling for years and see this mask as my primary mask of choice.
