Bought this about 4-5 months ago now and I absolutely love it!!! It does everything I need it to do! I mostly use the walking, heart monitoring, O2 saturation feature and things along those lines. Not a runner or anything like that but I do monitor my sleep also and it seems pretty consistent with how I feel when I get up. Helps me with alternating my habits to improve my sleep as well. The only issues I have is figuring out how to get my exercise biking time to read on the cycling or as steps and it seems like it doesn't count all of my stairs correctly. We live in a two story house with a basement and my washer and dryer are in the basement and I don't usually meet my stairs goal which seems impossible! LOL! I enjoy my Garmin pro plus so much that we got one for my mom, who is not tech savvy, and she LOVES it! She has no problem using it, can send texts, make calls on it and everything! Never takes it off! By the way, she is 76 years old so anyone can use it! Best product on the market!!! Highly recommend this product!!!!!!!!

With a few weeks of casual use, I like the watch, and I'm glad I bought it. I bought it in part to monitor for Afib, which seems to work well. I also like the long battery life and the large readable watch face. I still need to try many of the other features, though I did answer my phone with it once. So far, the one thing I don't like is the band. It is too hard to put on and to take off.

I have had my watch for about 4 months now and it's great. The only thing odd is that it always says I have too much stress. I don't feel stressed but maybe it knows something I don't. I use the gps feature almost every day and I still only have to charge it once a week. It charges very fast too.

I like the watch and the functions of the watch. The battery life is good but not great, but if you have a lot of notifications that is why it runs down faster.

So.. I don't just buy something, I'm a researcher on steroids. I ride bikes and have had Garmin Cycling Computers and Varia Rear Radar Taillights exclusively since 2015. So when it came time to get rid of my Fitbit, a Garmin Smartwatch was a logical choice. The problem WHICH ONE? I finally settled on the Venue 2 Plus and after seeing a review on You Tube from DC Rainmaker, I was sold. I've had it for 2 weeks now and I love it. Its everything and more I'd thought it would be. Thanks Garmin.

Arrived quickly, came in new/perfect condition. Make sure you charge fully before setting up, will make initial paring and syncing go more smoothly. Also, instead of the little guide that comes with the watch, use the online support pages- I found them easier to follow. Have now used the watch for: jogging, step aerobics, swimming and water aerobics and it performs as well as the Felix 5S I had before. The HRM continues to work underwater AND show my HR in real time, which I appreciate. I put my music controls on the shortcut, as I decided against loading music into the watch. The shortcut music controls are fantastic. Modifying settings is a little tricky, you?ll have to bop around a bit to fiddle with settings and data fields in your workout apps. Expect to take about a week and go thru all of your regular workouts for the watch to be set up just the way you want and for you to know how to access menus and settings. I have a feeling I?ll have this for a long time, it?s lighter and slimmer than my old Felix 5S, with all the functions I want.

I received my Venu 2 Plus 2 weeks ago... May 18, 2022. I have used a Fitbit for 9 years and after replacing an older version upgraded to a newer one. Unfortunately, there were problems that couldn't be resolved. After doing research and watching comparison videos of Apple and other trackers, we ordered the Venu 2 Plus. although I have sleep apnea and us a CPAP machine each night, after the first week I decided to wear my watch at night to see what it measured. I love the body battery and stress features as well as the accurate step count, oximeter and heart rate features. I'm still figuring out what to call my Classical Stretch workouts with Miranda Esmonde-White as they are most helpful in alleviating my arthritis pain and stiffness. I am very excited about my Garmin Venu 2 Plus and look forward to accurately label my exercises to get the best information about my workouts.

This is an absolutely gorgeous watch! I have had the Fenix 5s Plus and an Apple Watch and the Venu 2 Plus is by far my favorite watch of the two. The amoled screen is so crisp and high tech looking which makes the Venu easily stand out from the rest of the Garmin series. I love having the ability to program workouts and create my own workouts in the HIIT activity and strength activity. I love that the strength activity highlights the primary and secondary muscles used during the workout. This watch works great for both my CrossFit workouts and my running workouts which played a big role in deciding which garmin to go with. The battery life is really good compared to apple watches and even when I keep the screen on 24/7 and do activities, I get a solid 2 days out of the battery. The ONLY downfall I found with the Venu 2 Plus is the training effect feature. With my Fenix, I really utilized the training effect and suggested rest. The anaerobic and aerobic measurements helped me to see how hard I pushed myself during training and helped me in future workouts. As mentioned above, I?m a multi sport athlete so having the suggested rest really helped me determine whether or not to take an active rest day or not. As disappointed I am in not having those features, the beauty and function of the Venu 2 Plus is enough to help me oversee those missing features.

I bought this last month and it was the best decision ever. I decided I didn?t want an Apple Watch like every other person and this was the best choice I have made!

I purchased the Garmin 3 weeks ago and have utilized it every day. Accurate and comfortable to wear. Excellent battery life; I charge it every 3 to 4 days. My only complaint is that when connected to my iPhone, whenever I use the iPhone speaker, it automatically changes to the handset, which is annoying. I have used it for walks, runs, and biking without any issues.

I bought the Venu 2, earlier this month and I'm very happy with my purchase. I wanted a watch with all the features my Fenix 3 had, but smaller and lighter to wear every day. It takes a little time to get used to having only 3 buttons for functions and using rhem to get through a workout in Garmin coach has a bit of a learning curve. The voice activation works great, the band is easy to use. Overall, happy with the product.

I?ve been eyeballing the Venu 2 Plus for about half a year and finally made the switch! Coming from Apple 5, I was looking for more descriptive/thorough statistics as well as longer battery life. I?m pretty average - karate, hiking, walking, paddle boarding, and when I get a wild hair I?ll go on a real bike ride. For daily functions this watch has surpassed my expectations, I may even start running with this thing on! The sleep tracking and body battery are helpful to gain perspective on how my day is going. I also really enjoy the ?heat? map after moving activities, to gain insight on what segments were faster/slower. The Garmin Connect App is another huge upgrade - there is a wealth of information that can be beneficial to your training goals. I also love that this watch is so simple and focused on sports. I turned off all notifications for phone calls etc., but when I?ve forwarded calls to my wrist the audio and mic clarity were wonderful quality. As for battery, I?m in the habit of charging nightly but this battery life is solid for my needs. I?ve been able to track walks and karate training, and even sleep training over the course of multiple days without charging which is something I couldn?t do before on the Apple! Garmin is a smart choice for people who want to get more out of their watch and their training. I wish I had made the switch sooner!

I bought this Venu 2 Plus within the past month after not being completely satisfied with the Garmin Instict Solar that I had purchased nearly a year ago. Not that the Instinct Solar was bad, but it didn't have a lot of the features I really wanted, and, I had actually thought I could do without but in the end couldn't. So, ended up upgrading to the Venu 2 Plus. In basically a month of owning, I am very happy I made the switch. I am, overall, extremely haply and satisfied with the Venu 2 Plus. Watch design and appearance is really nice. Size is good and fits well on my wrist. Seems very well made. I really like the material of the watch band. Overall appearance seems very high end. The watch is very user friendly. Set up was a breeze, easily connected with Garmin Conect and my third party apps, like My Fitness Pal. The color of the screen and on the watch is really good. Screen is very vivid and colors are nice. Navigation of the watch is very simple and easy to figure out. I have had no issues with GPS on any runs or walks, seems pretty similar to past watches I have used. The store was easy to use and watch faces are easy to change and update. Battery life is pretty good considering. Coming off the Instinct Solar, battery life was the biggest change, but its still good. I typically get somewhere between 5-7 days typically doing at least 3-4 gps walks or runs weekly lasting around 30-45 minutes each and not using the always on display. Haven't checked out the music playback either with headphones or without, but I love the fact that you can answer calls and texts and the fact that it has the built in speaker. This watch seems very well-made. I love the look. I like the functionality. I have no complaints. Of course, battery-life can always be improved on anything, but that's just a picky observation. Overall, I would highly recommend. Very happy with the Venu 2 Plus at this point.

My previous watch was the original Venu, but this Venu 2 Plus is more than an upgrade. Sensors are more sensitive which yields to more accurate readings. Display is sharper and brighter. Longer battery life thanks to the Beta 9.14. Overall look and feel on the wrist is great. Icing on the cake is the ability to make/receive calls, quickly scan your music from your wrist and summoning the Genie in the watch, your Digi Assistant.

I had a heart attack and didn?t know it. I wanted to find a watch that monitored my vitals so that I could be better tuned in to what was happening inside my body. My daughters husband recommended the the Venu 2 Plus. I bought it and couldn?t be happier. Easy to use and set up. I can load trail maps for my morning hikes and the navigator keeps me on track in addition to monitoring my vitals and distance. And, I only need to charge it every 5 days! Good bye Apple Watch! I won?t be back,

Bought it a few days after the launch! Beautiful screen, bright colors, touch screen and buttons, packed with features! Elegant and sportive! iOS and Android compatible is a huge plus!! But has its issues!! GPS isn't as good as expected namely when you run in the city or with buldings around (up to 10% difference to Strada for example! Usually less than...). Sleep track and score... has some glitches as well. Hopefully some upgrades can be made through Garmin Express to make it as good as it should be!

After years of using a different brand fitness tracker, I finally decided to give Garmin a chance. Although it was a little bit if a learning curve to learn it's features, I'm absolutely in love with it! Not only is it beautiful, but the extra features that it has compared to my last tracker makes it well worth the change.

I bought this watch because of the flexibility in phone operating system's it gave me. I currently have an android phone. In time that might change. My gps is garmin so it stood to reason that garmin was my system of choice. It gives me more options for adding accessories. I also like being able to load what I want for apps.

The battery life is fantastic, the only thing I would say needs improvement is more apps are needed and more color options... otherwise it's one of the best purchases I've made so far.

I've had them all folks...older Garmins, Samsung, Fitbit, Amazfit. Since Garmin finally added a speaker, I was ready to give them a shot again. App rocks, battery rocks, and fitness feature rock. It's super premium! The ONE downside is I cannot control my smart home features. It makes me unlock my phone. Fitbit allowed it without an issue. With that said, they only get 4 stars. Fit it and I'll give 5.

I love this watch! The only thing that bums me out is that it hasn't been able to connect to my wifi so I can't use the Spotify features (which is one of the main reasons I bought it)
