About Daiwa J Braid Filler Spool
J-Braid line is a complete line up of high quality 8 carrier braid made of the finest materials from Japan. 8 strands of tightly woven fibers make for a perfectly round profile. The result is a much stronger, softer and smoother line that is more sensitive and farther casting. J-Braid is one of the best quality and value braided lines on the market. For deep drop fishing. Color changes every 10 meters for easy depth indication, line movement, and quick programing into Dendoh reel memory for maximum readout accuracy.
The Braided Filler Spools are available in 20 lbs., 30 lbs., 40 lbs., 50 lbs., 65 lbs., and 80 lbs. (9.5, 14, 19, 23, 30 and 38 kg) test. The corresponding line diameters are .009", .0011", .013", .014", .016" and .017" (0.23, 0.28,0.32, 0.36,0.41, and 0.43 mm). The 20 lbs. to 50 lbs. test are available in 330 yard (300 meter) lengths and the 65 lbs. and 80 lbs. test in 550 yard (500 meter) lengths.
