Shopper : Maybe I am missing something, but why 50ft \ 15m limit? If you are using 50% O2  as your deco gas, then you'll be at 1.5 atm at 20 meters. Seems like 15m is not enough.darrick c : Because it has an unbalanced piston first stage, it will not give you enough gas if you go deeper. This is perfect for nitrox 80 (or as low as60) or oxygen. Abed S : Can you provide me the gauge by Bar instead of PSI ?Mario C : Thank you for your question. A replacement gauge would be on the link below. It will give you a choice of Bar or PSI on the drop down menu. Unfortunately we cannot substitute, you would have to purchase the metric version gauge and would have a spare imperial one.

It will have a propensity to freeze up...this primary IMO shouldn't even be sold for a regulator, it should only be for argon. The xt2 reg performs well at cold temps, but hook it to an xt1 1st stage, not this one.

It is O2 clean & O2 compatible from Dive Rite factory, it's means this reg is ready to O2 service!!! Even you can check it on Dive Rite website. Dive safe...JERRY P : I used it (and plan on using it more) with 100% O2, right out of a high pressure bottle, and it never blew up yet. It was packaged sealed, said it was oxygen ready for 100% oxygen, and had 100% oxygen documentation with it. Oddly, it was NOT FOR USE WITH AIR. Not sure what that warning was all about. Maybe so any oil carryover doesn't contaminate it? Maybe Leisure Pro has it mislabeled.Danie Neil S : I use mine for that - no issues. Just be aware it's not supposed to be used deeper than 40-50 ft.Brendan Z : If you go to the dive rite website is will say it's compatible with oxygen, meaning pure (100%) O2. I have one and it's been great so far. The Dive Rite Oxygen Decompression Regulator is a compact, lightweight DECO regulator assembled in a clean room with oxygen-compatible materials and lubricants. The non-balanced flow-by piston first stage ensures gas delivery even in case of failure, and is made of marine grade chromed brass for durability. An overpressure relief valve adds safety, and the button gauge eliminates bulkiness in DECO bottles.

The XT2 second stage regulator boasts advanced design and performance, earning high praise from Dive Lab's Mike Ward. It features an ergonomic Venturi lever to prevent free flow, a pneumatically balanced downstream valve for better performance at depth, and an external adjustment knob for fine-tuning inhalation effort. The housing is made of durable impact-resistant ABS plastic and chromed brass, with stainless steel and Teflon-coated internal parts for cold-water readiness.

The second stage regulator is available in right or left-hand configurations for various equipment setups. The orthodontic mouthpiece reduces jaw fatigue during longer deco stops, and the bright yellow cover ensures easy identification. The package includes a 40" green low-pressure hose, green faceplate, stainless steel swivel bolt clip, and an owner's manual. The entire system weighs 26.65 oz (756g).
