Innovative Contoured Design with Rugged Durability
Designed with an advanced 3D contoured shape, this Wing wraps closely around the tank, providing optimized trim, lift placement, and superior surface flotation. Built from 1680 ballistic nylon with SuperFabric side panels, it offers exceptional abrasion resistance and long-term durability. - Trans-Plate Harness -
The Dive Rite Trans-Plate Harness is a hybrid harness designed for divers who want the support of a backpack-style harness for better weight load distribution, yet wish to dive a hard metal back-plate. Designed like a mountaineer's backpack, the Trans-Plate Harness disperses weight across the hips and back, minimizing shoulder strain. When used with a 6 lbs. (2.73 kg) steel back-plate, divers can remove or minimize weight pockets. Adjustable straps adapt to a wide variety of exposure suits and means easy donning and doffing. The modular design allows for customization with a wide variety of pockets and accessories.

The harnesses shoulder pads constructed of 1000-denier ballistic nylon fabric for tear and abrasion resistance. 2" (50mm) nylon webbing rated at 7,000 lbs. (3,182 kg) breaking strength forms the shoulder straps and waist strap. Four 2" (50mm) D-rings on each shoulder strap are slightly bent for improved access and placement can be adjusted. (Note: size medium has only one 2" (50mm) D-ring per shoulder strap due to space limitations.)

The shoulder straps feature pivot rings at chest-level for comfort, fit, and load distribution. Acetyl resin engineered plastic "squeeze-style" quick-release buckles on shoulders for easy doff and don. 1" (25mm) nylon webbing rated at 2,200 lbs. (1,000 kg) breaking strength and a Delrin 1" (25mm) squeeze-style quick-release buckle is used for a chest strap. Marine grade stainless-steel base plates allow for proper placement of shoulder straps. Plates can be moved forward-or-backward on the waist strap to get the best fit and performance.

- Stainless Steel XT-Lite Back-Plate -
The next generation of lightweight back-plates has arrived. Dive Rite has taken the reliability of the stainless-steel back-plate and combined it with the light weight characteristics of non-stainless-steel back-plate. The new Dive Rite XT Lite is constructed from 16-guage 316L grade stainless-steel, which is a low carbon, rust resistant grade of stainless. A series of cut-outs along the body of the plate reduce its overall weight while still maintaining the support needed for the heaviest of double cylinder configurations. All edges are laser cut, and individually finished by hand to ensure that there are no rough or jagged edges anywhere on the plate.

The XT Lite Back-Plate is configured with 11" (27.94cm) on-center mounting holes to accommodate standard double tank bolt kits, including two holes for the upper bolt to give adjustability of tank height. Two sets of 2" (5cm) slots along the center allow divers to use the XT Lite for single tank diving without the need for a single tank adapter. A series of 3/8" (.953cm) diameter holes and 1" (2.54cm) slots along the outer edges of the plate give different options for mounting lights, pony bottles, lift bags, and other accessories. 2" (5cm) and 1" (2.54cm) slots at the bottom center of the plate allow for any size crotch strap up to 2" (5cm) in width to be used.

- Cam Strap with Stainless Steel Buckle -
The Dive Rite Cam Strap with Stainless Steel Roller Buckle uses a 2" (5cm) wide nylon webbing with a 36" (91.4cm) webbing length. Cam strap is suitable for cylinders from 6.9" (17.5cm) to 8" (20.3cm) in diameter, which includes them most popular sizes of cylinders. The lightweight marine grade stainless-steel buckles nylon rollers provide protection for the cylinder from being scratched by the buckle, while a rubber non-slip pad prevents the cylinder from shifting once the cam buckle has been secured. Excess webbing is secured using hook & loop fastener, which will also prevent the buckle from accidentally coming open.

- Crotch Strap 1.5" (3.8cm) with Quick-Release Buckle -
Does the standard 1" (2.5cm) crotch strap have you singing an octave higher, but you like the convenience of a quick release (QR) buckle? The 1.5" (3.8cm) Crotch Strap with side-release squeeze-style quick-release buckle is a welcome change to old-industry standards. It comes with a slide-release buckle for divers who want the convenience of a crotch strap that can be adjusted on-the-fly, yet the 1.5" (3.8cm) strap is more comfortable, especially if tension is added such as when using a dive scooter.

Using a crotch strap allows divers to fasten the harness and back-plate securely to the body, ensuring more uniform trim and buoyancy characteristics in water. The use of a crotch strap also reduces the likelihood of the tank hitting the back of the diver's head during a dive or while resting at the surface. Crotch straps include a 304-grade stainless-steel scooter ring for use with diver propulsion vehicles (DPVs). The ring is also a convenient place to temporarily clip-off an item to free your hands, such as a lobster snare or camera.
