Helps you breath ??

Not a lot of experience snorkeling but this is definitely better, easier to breath, than one from a pack that costs about the same cost as this snorkel

needs design improvements

Only three stars because the mouthpiece is much stiffer than the Cressi snorkel I had bought earlier this year. It is difficult and takes work to keep it in one's mouth properly

Works great, from the picture it looks very flexible but is not. Very good build it stay dry. Attachment to the musk I was worried that might get loose but that too passes the test.

Easy to keep water out.

I have been using the same snorkel for awhile, but this new one is a lot easier to keep clear. If I had known would have bought one awhile ago.

Sent a different color than ordered but...

I just returned from a trip, using this snorkel for 6 days. I really love it. The mouthpiece is very comfortable, snorkel is flexible for easy packing and it truly is "ultra dry". No problems with this snorkel. I highly recommend it.

Not quite flexible enough for me personally.

I loved everything about this snorkel but it just wasn't soft enough/flexible enough for me with a partial denture, so I never got a chance to try it out but everything about it impressed me.

Love it but Hate it!

I LOVE the dry snorkel feature but HATE the stiffness of the flex tubing. As a dry snorkel, this product was great. I used it twice, once in choppy waters and again while doing some free diving. The valve seals quickly, allowing almost no water into the tube and more importantly, opens just as quickly when you are searching for air. However, the flexible part of the tubing is so stiff that holding the mouthpiece in my mouth was not only uncomfortable but the stiffness caused the snorkel to pull away from the side of my head and break the seal of my mask and therefore cause it to leak. Before you ask, I was attaching this Cressi Alpha Ultra Dry snorkel to my Cressi Big Eyes Evolution mask so I expected complete product compatibility. Sadly it didn't work. To confirm that the snorkel and not the mask was my problem, I used the mask with the snorkel attached but not in my mouth. I was able to swim and dive without any leaking in the mask. As soon as I bent the snorkel to place the mouthpiece into my mouth, I could feel the mask seal release under the strap where the snorkel attached to my mask. Leisure Pro Customer Support informed me that there are no manufacturer's recalls on this product so I will be returning mine as used for a credit. The next snorkel I buy will have a pronounced bend toward the mouth for a more comfortable, relaxed fit that will not pull my mask away from my face. Thank goodness for Leisure Pro's generous return policies and understanding.
