The fin itself is very light for it's size and seems to be of a high quality. I have to return it because the sizing is clearly designed for wearing boots. I bought an XS for my son, and not only was it much too big on him, But I was able to put my size 11 foot in the fin and comfortably pull the heal strap 3/4 of the way down. There is no way that this is going to ever fit someone in a size 7 unless they are wearing dive boots.

bought a pair of these and love them. My feet are big - 14, and Im using 5mm boots. Fit like a dream. Very easy to don and adjust. Sink like a rock, so don't lose em. Would buy again. quite powerful.

I use Cressi fins of various denominations for years and am very happy with them. These I haven't have a chance to check in the water yet, but I hope they will live up to their great name.

As a beginner scuba diver, I wasn't sure what type of fins would be best, but I like the Cressi Pro Light's that I purchased. As far as sizing goes, I wear a size 9.5 regular shoe. I purchased the large Pro Lights and wear them with a 3mm bootie. They fit and function fine, but I probably could have gone with a medium fin instead. My foot goes almost all the way into the pocket and the heel straps are tightened as far as they can go. But they are snug and there is no slipping off my heel. For function, I love the power they provide. At first the fins felt a bit stiff, but after one dive I was used to them. They allowed for quick maneuvering with little effort. After 4 dives over two days, I never felt fatigued or cramped. They were also easy to take off before climbing up the boat ladder at the end of the dives.

They are good, acceptable thrust, a litle stiff for my taste, kick strength and style, but they do their job fine, I don't get tired swiming with them and for what I do while scuba diving. Good value

I am a women’s size 8.5 or 9 and ordered a medium. They came off 5 times in 2 days . Guessing a small would have fit but I left them in Indonesia because I couldn’t use them. That are very soft; not stiff enough for great propulsion but just fine for snorkeling.

The fins work great. I bought them for my grandson and he loved them: we pulled 6 dives the weekend after he got them and he had no problem getting them on and off and was very satisfied with them

I bought these for my kid and now am thinking about a pair for me. Good basic fin with a reasonable amount of flex.

Tried these fins after 45 plus years of diving with rocket fins . It took a dive or two to get use too . Nice lite fins they worked well . I wished I tried them years ago . The rockets are good fins but the pro lite fins felt better and were easier to put on and take off . I would recommend these .

I was not able to keep the back strap tight after entering the water from my first dive. I had to pull it back on my heel several times. I lost one fin on the second dive.

Fins are longer than my cold water fins and weigh exactly the same as my cold water split fins. Have not used them yet, but bought them for travel and they are not very weight friendly 5.2 pounds for the pair.

Leisure pro said these would fit my girlfriends feet, size 7.5, with booties on. At the very smallest setting they were still loose and one came off with the first wave. Even at XS they would fit an average man or large woman. The quality for the money was good.

These were a great entry level fin. Plus they are much lighter than most of others so our packing is easier.

These are very efficient fins, but seem to run large (even with scuba booties on). Without booties, the heel strap is very uncomfortable -- wore holes in the backs of my achilles. I wear a size 7.5 - 8 in women's shoes, but the small/x-small is still a bit large on me.

product runs large. width is good to accommodate booties. fins are not fast. good beginner fins, but not for a serious free diver.

I bought these fins because of their price point and the positive reviews they have received I'll have to say that price is the ONLY good thing about these fins. - The main problem with Cressi Pro Lights is that they are made of cheap plastic that is way too stiff. When I tested them out in a pool I felt like there were 2 cardboards strapped to my feet. This hinders propulsion and maneuverability, while putting a lot of strain on the ankle. - The second problem is the design of the footbed, which has oddly shaped ribs on the inside. I think they are made to accommodate boots with a rubber sole, but if you are just wearing soft booties or dive socks they really hut your toes. - The above mentioned problems render the Cressi Pro Lights virtually unusable. I would recommend spending more money and upgrading to a better fin. They are just not worth it.

Pro Light is more powerful and is easy to use than any fin on the market. The unique polypropylene blade material provides a variable flex that adjusts during the kicking cycle. The blade is extremely flexible and has snap requiring less kicking effort. The side stringers that extend all along the blade and two flaps situated along the end of the blade itself make the fin very directional.
Cressi-sub was the first company to recognize the performance value of the foot pocket. The Pro Light's foot pocket is made of a comfortable elastomer material and is computer designed to give ideal transmission of leg-fin thrust the blade becomes a true extension of your leg The blade originates from the upper part of the foot pocket, with a 20% increase in useful surface area compared to a traditional fin of the same length. The unique foot pocket design keeps the diver's heel from extending over the end of the foot pocket. This transfers the kicking load to the diver's heel, rather than the middle of the foot and eliminates foot fatigue and cramping Pro light's foot pocket is extra wide with soft expansion sides for extreme comfort. Fin is equipped with impact and corrosion resistant quick-release buckles with quality rubber straps.
These high-performance features are packaged in a fin that weighs 35% less than conventional fins. Pro Light out maneuvers split fin technology, is as attractive as it is effective and costs less than most of the diving fins on the market. The Pro Light is ideal for all levels of experience. Fins are available in multiple sizes and colors.
