They fit well and are comfortable. I purchased them to use for snorkeling and to fit in my carry on. After one session in the pool swimming laps, I realized they were not powerful enough and returned them. If all I did was paddle on the surface they would be fine.

The fins are perfect and comfortable, but not so useful in the middle of the ocean. Long fins worked much better. For a bay or somewhere not as choppy, the fins worked perfectly.

My husband and I love this swim fin, and can walk around the carpeted floor without even coming close to tripping or feeling like we might trip like we do in regular sized fins. Can't wait to try them out snorkeling! I wear a womens 8.5, and had to return my first pair for a mens 7-8 because even though the smaller size fit better, it rubbed where my big toe hit. The larger size with a pair of swim socks fit perfect. I wish I had used the free size exchange option, but I didn't understand that when I ordered both pairs, so I had to pay for the return.

I have a very wide foot and these fins are okay, but I can not wear them for a long swim. For regular sized fin using swimmers, these fins would be perfect.

these are small enough you can actually walk with them. Perfect for the pool to train the legs for the big flippers. They are fun to work out.

I use these daily in my pool routine. It really strengthens leg muscles before scuba diving adventures. I use to get leg cramps and I swim every day. Now since using these.....no cramps but great muscle tone.

I wear a 9 1/2 women's shoe and purchased the size 5.5 and they fit securely on my feet. They are comfortable and I need to extra power to get onto the rocks in the ocean between waves and these gave me the extra boost. With all the airline restrictions is was great they easily fit into my carryon bag and didn't take up too much space.

These have been my favorite swim fins for almost 10 years. Unfortunately, I recently lost my original pair, so I had to get another pair. This time, I ordered one size smaller (8.5-9.5) than the original pair which were 10-11. As other reviews state, they run large. This slightly smaller pair fits perfectly, with no looseness at the heel, but not too tight, either. These fins are great for recreational swimming, lap swimming, snorkeling. I like them better than the full-size Cressi fins that I also have. There is less water resistance because of the smaller size, so they are easier to kick. But you still get plenty of enhanced propulsion in the water. I don't know if they would be suitable for SCUBA diving as I don't do that. They are small enough to carry on trips in a suitcase or backpack. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I originally thought I chose the correct sizing, but apparently I didn't. When I spoke to staff they were very helpfully with my return and equally as helpful getting me the correct size. I used the fins in our neighbors swimming pool and they worked very well, were comfortable and I had no feeling that they would fall off with the larger size.

Good quality, however, sizes are limited. Tall people will not benefit by ordering them. It is also very expensive to return the product, at least from where I live.

I wear a mens size 9 shoe - usually - but sometimes I have to get a 8-1/2, and sometimes a 9-1/2, depending on the particular shoe (running, dress, casual, croc, etc., they all vary)so shoe size is not a good reference, really. I bought the 8.5-9.5 fins and they were too big. Not too too big, just about 3/8" too big - just slippy big, not fall off your feet big. I assummed the fins would be 'a little' too big when I ordered them, based on the comments of other buyers. So, I also ordered the Akona 2 mm Neoprene Low-Cut Socks (AKBT925)in size 8 (size 8 to fit me snuggly - and the socks do so, and not too tightly). Thus, my feet, plus the 2mm socks, fit the fins like a hand and glove, or... a foot and well fitted fin. But really, how big are MY feet? I put a 12" ruler on the floor, stood on it barefoot and measured my foot from big toe to flush at the heel. Total length was 10-3/8". If your foot measures less than mine, then the 8.5-9.5 size will be too big even with socks. Now technically, I could have just ordered the next smaller size, BUT I also wanted a cushy sock when I wear these type of sport fins (vs. dive fins)and something on my feetsies when I walk to/from the water and the beach bar.

My family and I went on a cruise and wanted to bring our own snorkel gear to avoid renting on the islands. These fins were the ideal choice for the trip. Once we got the sizes right(THEY RUN A LITTLE LARGE)we were ready to go. Their light weight and compact size made them ideal for travel, whether packed in a suitcase or in a bag to the beach. We snorkeled in strong currents, kicked up waves and calm seas...no matter the conditions they worked great. I highly reccomend them for snorkeling when you're traveling.
