The Cressi Aquaride Blue Pro BCD is great for travel & incredibly versatile, it can be used for a wide assortment of diving. It's light & compact enough to travel to the tropics. But it also houses enough lift, weight capacity & room to be used w/a dry suit in cold-water conditions. It's an all-around BC for any occasion. The Aquaride Blue Pro is made w/durable 420-denier nylon. BCD trimmed down style makes for easy usage & comfort. The BC has a hard-pack frame w/plenty of padding for comfort & offers adjustable shoulder straps that are unaffected by the air bladder for a better fit. For even more comfort, the cummerbund & chest strap are elastic so when air bladder is full, you're still feeling comfortable. The BC has 3-dump valves; two shoulder valves & rear waist valve. The integrated lock aid system is a super smooth; secure integrated weight system w/a quick & easy release mechanism. The releasable pockets accommodate 20 lbs. (9 kg) of weight.
Although travel & dual purpose are usually trimmed down on accessory side the Aquaride Blue Pro does not. It incorporates non-releasable weight trim pockets on the tank strap w/a capacity of 8 lbs. (3.6 kg) of lead for better buoyancy control. 6-stainless-steel D-rings are readily available for all your gadgets. The BC also provides 2-generously zippered pockets to house all additional accessories. Adjustable sternum straps along w/both torso adjustment & waist straps are equipped w/squeeze-style side release buckles for easy donning & doffing. This jacket style BCD provides 18 lbs. to 42.7 lbs. (8.2 kg to 19.4 kg) of lift depending on size. Buoyancy control is facilitated w/Cressi's power inflator equipped w/a 3/8" threaded LP QD hose. The BCD weighs from 7 lbs. to 8.3 lbs. (3.2 kg to 3.8 kg) depending on size & comes w/an owner's manual.
The MC9 hyper-balanced diaphragm actuated 1st stage regulator has a lightweight body covered by a protective techno-polymer elastomer shell. The regulator has 4-low pressure & two high pressure ports. Internally the 1st stage is coated w/an anti-friction anti-corrosion material that reduces resistance & allows components to move freely. This makes the 1st stage perform & last longer & increases performance.
The chrome plated marine brass 1st stage is a balanced diaphragm design which is environmentally sealed. The diaphragm membrane transmits the pressure changes to the internal mechanism eliminating the need for surrounding water to enter the intricate mechanism. The Compact 2nd-stage housing is made of durable non-corrosive hi-tech polymers & has a dependable downstream demand valve mechanism. The flow of air is channeled to the mouthpiece by injection, creating a venturi effect enhancing the performance. The 2nd stage comes w/a flow deviator that acts on the Venturi effect, w/dive/pre-dive adjustment function. Large soft purge cover allows easy clearing of 2nd stage and a comfortable silicone mouthpiece. The Compact MC9 Regulator weighs 30.97 oz. (878 g) w/hose. The Compact MC9 Regulator comes w/an owner's manual, is certified to EN250/2000 standards & is made in Italy.
The XS Compact 2'nd Stage Octopus has all the same features as the primary 2nd stage. The XS Compact Octopus weighs 4.76 oz. (135 g) w/o the hose, comes with a long 39" (100cm) 3/8" hose & owner's manual.Octopus is compliance with EN 250:2014 standard.
The Cressi Leonardo Computer Console is a simple & functional design. A single button interface makes it effortless to program air, nitrox & gauge modes. Leonardo has a large high definition LCD screen that gives numerical displays in a computer that is still compact & travel friendly. The Leonardo's easy to see battery life icon indicator & distinct audible alarms deliver critical information as well as peace of mind during the dive.
The Leonardo features Cressi RGBM algorithm, created in conjunction with the expertise of Bruce Wienke and based on the Haldane model, integrated with RGBM factors. This Algorithm allows for safe decompression calculations for multiple dives spread out over multiple days. The computer is a multifunctional instrument for sport diving. It will supply any wanted information on depth, dive times, decompression status, ascent rate & surface interval times between dives. Nitrogen absorption/release is continuously processed by its software, considering the quantity of inert gases in the different mixtures which can be used. Information is displayed on the instrument's large display, thanks to the Priority Compartment Digit Display system, allowing an easy & direct dialogue between diver & the computer. The computer has a clock & calendar, a dive memory (logbook), & dive simulator. The mathematical model of Leonardo can make saturation and de-saturation computations of dives carried out both with air and with nitrox, whose parameters can all be set: from the maximum allowed PO2 value between 17.4 and 23.2 psi (1.2 bar and 1.6 bar), to the mixture's oxygen percentage (FO2) between 21% and 50% of O2. Additionally, the instrument may be set by the user for either imperial (feet) or metric (meters) system. The Leonardo can also be fully re-set after each use, making it an excellent choice for rental departments.
The Cressi Leonardo Dive Computer has an operational depth from 0' to 393' (0 to 120m), is powered by a user replaceable CR2430 3-volt battery and is equipped with a 60 dive (70 hour), logbook memory function. The clock function can be set in a 12/24-hour formats. The computer is also altitude adjustable up to 12,139' (3,700m) and has a back-light feature for low light conditions. The computer comes with a comprehensive owner's manual.
The console is equipped with a submersible pressure gauge. The gauge has a luminescent dial that has readout from 0 to 5,000 psi. The instruments face is divided into three different Colored Zones: the area from 600 psi and below is highlighted in red with a solid bar and red stripes. If gauge is used on deeper dives, the red scale extends and fades to 1,300 psi. This provides for added reserve air indication required at greater depths. From 600 to approximately 3,000 psi is green and from 3,000 psi to end of scale is blue. The front glass lens is made to act as a pressure relief valve. In the event of a sudden increase in pressure inside the instrument, the glass rises slightly, allowing the excess pressure to escape. The instrument is housed in a small, modern shaped console boot, made from Polycarbonate and Desmopan, (a thermoplastic polyurethane) two materials that guarantee protection from shocks, scratches and which, at the same time, is very light. Pressure gauge comes with a 7/16" high-pressure hose. The entire 2-guage console is encapsulated in a durable impact resistant console boot with multiple attachment points for clips or lanyards.
