The Bare XCS2 Tech-Dry, Dry Suit is manufactured with 2mm Hyper-Compressed FULL-STRETCH Neoprene to Minimizes Changes in Buoyancy and Thermal Protection at Depths. Following BARE's Specifications, the Neoprene Manufacturer first produces sheets of Thick 7mm Neoprene. These are then placed in a machine that uses a Combination of Heat, Time and Mechanical Pressure to compress the 7mm sheet all the way down to 2mm thick. Then the Inner and Outer Fabrics are Laminated-to-the-Foam providing Comfort Inside-and-Durability Outside. This Extreme-Compression from 7mm to 2mm gives the material BARE's best option for Stability of Inherent Buoyancy and Thermal Insulation with Varying-Depth, allowing the diver to choose the correct degree of Thermal Efficiency in the Undergarment Option for the specific dive being planned. This Nylon II Neoprene is an Excellent-Choice for Deeper Dives.

The BARE XCS2 Tech-Dry, Dry Suit has PROTEKT Shoulder, Underarm and Elbow Protection that provide the Next Generation of Abrasion-and-Wear Resistance and offer a High Degree of Stretch for Comfort-and-Freedom of Movement. Suit has a Self-Donning Front Entry with Protective Zipper Cover. A 2mm Nylon/Smooth-Skin Warm Collar with Vented Neck Drain provides an Improved-Seal with the BARE Dry Hood.

The Suit has a Si-Tech 360° degree Swivel Inflator Valve (default placement on the center of the chest) and Arm Mounted Exhaust Valve (default valve placement on upper left arm). Inflator comes equipped with a 3/8" Threaded Low Pressure Hose. This Low-Profile design of the Si-Tech Inflation Valve helps Reduces the likelihood of Snagging on Kelp, Seaweed, Fishing Line, etc. The Inflator Valve Rotates to any Point-Desired for Easy-Hose-Connection and Moves-with- the-Diver during the Dive for More-Freedom of Movement. The Inflator Valve is fitted with an Internal Neoprene Baffle and an External Rubber Apron. The Inflation Baffle Deflects the Incoming-Air, providing a More-Comfortable Diver. The Rubber Aprons Protect the Dry Suit from Abrasion by the Inflator Hose, Chafing by the Valve Housings, etc. Inflation Valve is made from Durable Plastic with a Chrome-Plated Brass Inlet Fitting. Inflation is Easily-Preformed with a Center Recessed Push-Button. The Recessed Design prevents Accidental Inflation, even when Squeezing-Through a Narrow-Passage. The Inflator Valve is equipped with an Inlet-Nipple Protective Cover.

The Suit comes Standards with Oval Cuff Rings, Bottleneck Latex Neck, Silicone Wrist Seals and Default Compression-Resistant Soft Boot Socks. Pre-Installed Suspender Tabs are ready to Accept (Optional see SKU: BREDSS) Suspenders. To protect this High-Wear Area Suit has K-PADz (Kevlar) Knee Protection. For Night and Low-Light Conditions Suit is equipped with Premium Banging-and-Reflective Patches.
