Shopper : Will I get an extra charge at the airport for it being to big?RALPH C : This bag has a total size of 62" L+W+H which is the limit for checked baggage for some airlines. Have used two of these each trip to Cozumel for the last 5 years once per year with no problem. They were more concerned with not exceeding allowable weight for class of ticket. Check your airline for allowable size and weight limit of bag for your class of ticket and destination to be sure.DWAYNE D : I have never used it to take dive gear on a plane. I would check the airline baggage restrictions tht you are flying.

Outstanding rugged bag.

Outstanding bag. Rock solid and no BS. I had one issue with a D ring breaking and the manufacturer replaced it with a steel one free of charge. Awesome bag.

The DIVERS duffel

The is an Excellent bag for the money! It is durable, the zippers are rust proof and won't jam up, and ALL my gear fits plus snacks and clothes. My cell, keys, and log book stay dry in the side pocket. The Armor Dive Flag Regulator Bag fits perfectly in one of the end pockets and holds my reg and detachable dive computer (in it's own bag inside as well).

Great bag so far!

So far this bag has only been on a few dives but has performed well each time. It is well made and my Armor Dive Flag Regulator Bag fits perfectly in the end pocket. This bag is very roomy, my buddy has XL and XXL gear and it would easily fit.

Good construction, but clips break.

The first time I picked this bag up, I had about 40 lbs of stuff in it. I slung the strap over my shoulder and the plastic clip that attaches it to the rest of the bag exploded and fired pieces all over the room. Luckily nothing in the bag broke when it landed on the ground. Apart from that little incident, the bag is awesome. It's constructed from quality materials, and has a LOT of storage space. This is a big duffel bag, there is no doubt about that. I carry my filled fin/mask/snorkel bag in the big pocket along with 7mm wetsuit, boots, gloves, hood, BP/W with harness attachments and weights bag. The regulator and gauge console go in the side pocket, inflatable dive buoy in the front pocket, and other accessories in the remaining side pocket. If you need a large equipment bag, look no further. Everything I need for scuba goes in here. It is heavy then, but invaluable for keeping it all together! I like it so much I am going to replace the plastic clips with metal ones so I can once again use the shoulder strap.

Very nice bag...

this gear bag is Awsome... So much so we are going to order another one... For the price you can't go wrong . Plenty of storage.. It will fit all your scuba gear no problem.

Very nice dive bag with lots of room

Very nice bag. I bought 2 of them for my family of four and was able to get all of our gear including wetsuits and regulators into the 2 of the bags (2 sets each bag).

Wonderful tough bag

I got 2 of these bags for a trip so I wouldn't have to use my cruddy old dive bags. These were tough, and I fit 2 sets of gear in each one. They should be just the ticket for our family dive travels.

HUGE BAG!!!

This bag is huge! I carried my 5mm full wetsuit, BCD, fins, boots, gloves, and underwater camera in the main compartment. I put my regulator/octo in it's carrier and put that in one of the end pockets and the other pockets carried save a dive equipment with even more room left over! What makes it great is the durability. The European dive shop I was at love to rough house with your dive back and this thing took it like a champ! NO SCRATCHES ANYWHERE! The best - 5 flags out of 5.

Great dive bag

Plenty of room for fins,mask,XL b.c.,skin suit,7mm.,Bootys,knife and still have more room.Great side pouch on sides. I put my regulator bag in one pouch for exter protection. Other end I put my flashlite ane etc.in it. front pouch I put my log book,towel,ear drops,and moor.I wish clips on shoulder straps were metal.but used hard all summer.super product

Excellent value duffel bag

Without wheels but hauls a lot of gear. Wheels and handles add weight, and given new airline limits it reduces by 8-10# what you can take on a plane without charge. Soft sided luggage fits easily in most any vehicle, and conforms nicely to whatever space is available. After over 100 trips, the weak point of this bag are its plastic zipper pulls: one broke off while the nylon zipper takes a beating. I've had non-ballistic nylon bags, and they are easily punctured and didn't last 10 trips. This bag would always be loaded with 50-75# of gear. Its handles are large enough to be carried like a knapsack for short distances.

Armors Ballistic is an extra-large duffel bag that is made durable, using waterproof PVC coated ballistic nylon material with 100% non-corrosive components. Bag utilizes continues loop construction webbing carry system to ensure strength and long life. Bag has large main compartment with a dual slider U-shaped top load opening for easy access of bags content.

For better organization bag is equipped with two dual slider zippered end pockets and a dual slider zippered side pocket for lots of storage space. Bag looks good to with its Armor MK-V Helmet Logo and color accented zipper pulls. The Ballistic Duffle Bag is tough with its rubber corner protectors, rubber abrasion pads and will drain rapidly even with dripping wet gear inside with its drain holes.

Transporting this duffle is made easy with the dual top grab straps with padded hook and loop closure grip or sling it over your shoulder with the removable, adjustable and padded shoulder strap.
