Worked! I repaired a ~3cm tear in my hip waders and they did not leak after patching.

This Tear-Aid works great on my gortex drysuit. There was a worn spot that finally started to leak in late fall. It was too early in the season to send the drysuit in for a full rehab so I found the Tear-Aid on the NRS website. It was super easy to use. No waiting overnight for the messy glue to dry. Just cut it to fit, peel and stick. You can use your repaired gear right away.

Good for repairing latex gaskets in the field. I recommend it for your boat bag along with some small sizzors.

Worked really well in sealing a split/hole in my 5 year old IR Archrival latex booty. At the end of about 3 months, it looked like the corners of the exterior patch were just starting to peel up (delaminate) but that only accounted for about 5 - 10% of the area that the patch was covering. I had the booties replaced before the fall season. It was pretty easy to apply even though the hole was on a seam. I did the exterior surface on one day and the interior on the next.

Not worth it. Let it sit 24hrs before soring for a couple of days. Un rolled it and patch was creased

I used this product to patch the flotation bags in my canoe to fix a pinhole leak. It worked.

The product applied with ease. It is clear and doesn't look like an obvious repair. How it will hold up is an unknown as I haven't used my boat this year. Summer will tell.

Worked as advertised to repair an older rubberized canvas 2-man inflatable. Would use again and recommend to others. Would be nice if larger size pieces were readily available.

Your basic repair kit while on the move. Not the greatest on dry wear gaskets because of the stretch but gets you back on the water in a hurry. Seems like a great product for less stretchy uses but haven't had a chance to try it on anything but a ripped gasket yet

This product is a great way to do a quick, field patch on your raft. I put on a patch with the intention of removing it later for a more permanent patch. That was two years ago and it's still holding nicely.

I bought this tape for pin holes in my raft. I used it for patching Neoprene Waders on a 10 day float trip. The next year when I got the waders out I remembered the tear. 5 years latter. I'm still using the same waders.

A friend holed his bucket boat floor on the Deschutes River in Oregon. The Type A patch held extremely well and was fast to put on. An essential in my repair kit now.

how?my?use:Repair of the spray skirt support from the friction loss crack of paddling Great about it: Repair can be done finely. It is strong in water. There are also hardnesses of enough.

I recently encountered a group of five drunk boaters and a dog (apparently the only sober one) who just tore up their raft floor in the middle of an overnight trip. they had no life jackets and no repair kit with them. Not having the right glue for their type of boat, and feeling sorry for the dog, I offered the Tear-Aid that I just purchased and took with me as a back-up for my repair kit. Next morning I was amazed to see that they patched up all the tears in their raft. The floor was inflated and holding air. Can't say how long the patch held since they left their boat on the shore baking in the hot sun.

Bought this repair tape to fix a boat cover. Easy to apply and very strong. I would recomend for basic repairs of all sorts of tears and holes.
