Shopper : are the straps Velcro?CHRISTOPHER T : Yes, they are velcro. They are both extra long so you can trim them after you are happy with the fit. I left them a little long so I can adjust for a thick hood in the cold water. This makes donning and doffing the mask very easy and quick.
