KENDALL G : Is this snorkel easy to attach and unattach without taking the mask off?Michael K : The snorkel keeper is a basic button/button hole type which, in my opinion, makes it easier than a hook-style keeper. Hook-style keepers can be confusing as to which strap is the appropriate strap, as well as making sure both the top and bottom hooks are appropriately engaged.KELLY M : Not really. It has a rubber strap with two loops n it. Like many snorkel straps. If I were to use this in an emergency situation I would just put it under my mask strap. I carry this snorkel in my BC pocket for emergencies. It stores nicely.WENDY Q : Yes. It has a clip one puts on the mask strap a d the snorkel has a piece that latches onto that clip.Junko U : I haven’t tried that but I would think it’s extremely difficult. The button hook after closing will sit in between your head and the mask band that wraps around your head. It would be hard to pull out your mask band to get enough room to latch it. After diving, I typically pull it out of my pocket, take my mask off, attach it and then put my mask on.ROBERT G : It is relatively easy to do w/o taking a mask off. I am a scuba instructor who seldom uses it in the open water and only at the pool for teaching, but my certifying agency's standards require I carry one so this does the job and fits in my pocket. Great small snorkel

Like many others here, I'm a very light user of snorkels, but I do like to have one in my BCD just in case. This is incredibly flexible and small when rolled up. It fits easily in a pocket and a quick yank gets it out of the case. I bought it from Leisure Pro because it was difficult to mind at any of my local shops.

perfect for those of us who hate snorkels

yet necessary in case of an emergency. really impressed with how well it stands up on its own. I was skeptical. Needs a better mechanism to quickly attach to mask though

Very portable snorkel
