I got this for half price and for that price, definitely 5 stars. I normally use the aqualung kevlar gloves but because of the price I gave these a try. These gloves are great except for two issues. The wrist enclosure is way too big and allows a lot of water in. When the water is very cold this is a problem. Once the water warms no issue. The strap can not be tightened. Due to the way it attaches, there is only one tightness setting. Also, when swimming the strap becomes unattached quite often and must be attached again. I ended up cutting the strap off and gluing the strap from a pair of dead aqualung gloves on. That worked much better.

I dive in Alaska so even for summer and fall diving 5mm is the minimum we use. I have gone through dozens of pairs of gloves being a commercial diver. I have used expensive gloves and cheap gloves, quality gloves and crappy gloves. A good quality pair of gloves costs about what these cost at 60$ give or take. These are not worth your money. I have used cheaper 5 mil gloves that were warmer and better quality. One of the main issues for me is that while the glove may fit nicely ; the cuff after the band is too baggy and looks and moves water. The Kevlar work is decent, but the rest of the glove is lacking. Probably just fine in warmer climates, but for cold water no thanks. I’ll tell you right now that the best 5mm dive glove I have used and found on leisurepro is the Aqua Lung Aleutian Kevlar 5mm Gloves. Awesome gloves - super warm for a 5mm, great dexterity and durability. And only 5$ more than these.

Very good and durable gloves. The kevlar palms stand up to New Jersey wreck diving, spear fishing and lobstering.

Good quality glove. The size was recommended by staff but 2xl is really 1xl. I returned it.

Ordered Medium initially but glove felt snug so returned to LP for Large. Large fits me okay, but these allow water movement even when the velcro strap stays in place so I can't say these help greatly in water around the 50 to 60 degree range. Also, had to 'repair' a snag to the palm area that occurred from jagged metal on a wreck, with Aquaseal.
