Multiple uses
This kick board is great for multiple uses. I could feel the difference in resistance when using the different hand placements and was able to finish a workout quicker than when using a regular board. I also found it to be a great tool to use to place my arm/hand on while also on a float. It kept my hand from shriveling. I am also leaving it in the pool as a means for the critters to climb aboard and escape before getting sucked into the skimmers. Great multi-use tool
