Unless you are very thin in the chest, I would probably wear the vest underneath my full suit, if it is roomy enough. But I's still try large since most suits and accessories run on the small size.Steve S : Most likely yes. The best way to figure that out is to get your measurements while wearing your 7mm jumpsuit and then compare it to the size chart.
Shopper : I have a similar concern. But i am about 65 kilos and 1.75 m tall. i currently use a gul 3mm full length suit. Should i still go for large ? Im afraid it will be too big for my size. Furthermore large might not be usable if i decide to use this by itself. What size should i go for ? Medium or Large ? Jun Man K : I have a medium size scubapro thermal tec steamer 3mm suit. I am 5'7" and weigh 170 lbs. I am planning to wear this pinnacle escape 7mm hooded vest over my scubapro suit. What size do you think I should order? Would large be fine? If the size chart of this product means measurement with naked body, then I should order something at least large or x-large.Monica s : For your hight and weight you fall under the medium size, however I would still order the large for reason you listed above and Pinnacle tends to run on the smaller side, so you should be fine in a large.

About Pinnacle Escape Hooded Vest

The Escape Men's 7mm Hooded Step-In Jacket is an extremely versatile part of any diver's thermal protection package. Worn alone, it is an excellent 7mm shorty, suitable to temperate water diving or cool pool water training. Layered over a jumpsuit of any thickness from a Lycra skin to a 7mm suit, it becomes half of an excellent two-piece suit system. While it is designed to match up to Pinnacle jumpsuits, it can be used with nearly any one-piece suit of any brand.

The Escape 7mm Hooded Step-In Jacket, is made from 7mm titanium-lined nylon 2 neoprene throughout the entire suit. A full-length diagonal front zipper that opens completely at the left thigh and comes with a locking plastic zipper slide to prevent unintended opening. All seams are double glued and blind stitched and suit has reinforcing stress disks at all seam intersections for added strength and durability. For added durability the suit has an extremely abrasion resistant exterior lining. This all black sleek suit is available in wide range of sizes.
