MARTHA G : Will this bag hold a Nikon D5100 with a 300mm lens?Vicki D : It fit my Nikon D-7100 with an 18-200mm lens. Doesn't leave much room for anything else but works.MARNI G : i don't own that camera but have some experience with it. It is very doubtful that both the camera and lense would fit. it's also a "foggy" plastic so if you were thinking to take pictures from inside it-forget about it.DAVID S : My D7100 with a 18 to 270 zoom fits comfortably

Great bag around the water

This bag works great to protect a full sized DSLR from the water. It held my Nikon D-7100 with a large lens with no trouble. Note that there isn't much extra room in the bag once the camera went inside. It survived eight days and many water landings in the Galapagos with no issues. My one suggestion would be to have a longer shoulder strap on the bag. The strap was about six inches too short for my 6'4" body. Overall, its a great bag to protect your camera gear from the elements.

Did the job

I used the camera bag while climbing Dunns River Falls in Jamaica. It was lightweight and kept my Nikon dry, yet it was easy to get the camera from the bag when I wanted to take a picture! Great product!

Great bag around the water

This bag works great to protect a full sized DSLR from the water. It held my Nikon D-7100 with a large lens with no trouble.
